French artist, an impressionist painter. Berthe showed musical ability on the piano before she turned to drawing. An incredible, albeit silent talent of the impressionist school, Morisot succumbed to the accepted station of an artistic female by painting the lifestyle of women in the retiring rooms of the French bourgeoisie, in what became known as "the feminine visual culture."

A good example for consulting the mundoscope where we see Venus 1,44 cnj MC and Mercury 2,58 cnj Dsc, two planets dominating her Natal Angles and her life as an artist. Jupiter partile cnj her WP.

Ebertin says about Mercury-Venus:

A sense and appreciation of beauty, a sense of form and design, beauty and art, the wings of artistic genius and inspiration---artistic successes.

In her later years she wrote "I don't think there has ever been a man who treated a woman as an equal, and that's all I would have asked, for I know I'm worth as much as they."

Again we see prominent Venus-Jupiter on the angles for a native (Berthe) being born into a soft easy family environment.
