Re: Mary's Natal Chart
Mary - again - welcome to Solunars. (I'll delete the posts in the other thread.)
In case you ask about predictive work later, can you confirm where you currently live?
You previously expressed interest in seeing what your "real chart" looks like. Here is a copy of your Sidereal nativity. It's a powerful chart with Sun in Scorpio close square Moon in Aquarius, both exactly aspecting Mars - among other things. With a Scorpio Sun and the aspects, MARS is clearly your strongest planet, but there is much else that is strong also - mostly planets showing strength and plotting you own course. The planet least involved in anything is Neptune (away from the angles, not connected to Sun or Moon, and not connected to much of anything) which adds to the "no nonsense" and generally independent tone of the chart. The most challenging part of the chart is a Venus-Saturn square that is usually hard on relationships and personal connection (better for work than fun).
Here is a copy of the chart itself. I'll then prepare some brief notes on what the most important pieces of the chart mean. That will be piecemeal, though - we're all more than the pieces - so you can then ask questions to start a conversation. Other forum members may jump in as well.

Re: Mary's Natal Chart
These notes on your Sidereal Natal Horoscope are provided for your reference and study. They are not a full interpretation of your birth chart. Rather, they are building blocks from which a full interpretation can be built. Each factor below contributes to your character. The paragraphs may repeat or contradict each other (we all have contradictions). While it does not take an astrologer to fuse these factors into a balanced picture of you and your life, it does require knowledge of human behavior and how we support and sabotage ourselves. Your astrologer can help you in this life-long undertaking of knowing yourself. Read these notes slowly: Feel your way through the interweaving ideas, reflecting on what you know of yourself.
Character is destiny. Who you are determines the life that is yours to unfold. “Know thyself” is the key.
The paragraphs are brief. We have sought to pack in everything essential, to use few words to imply much more. Not every phrase will apply, of course. Some will be more important than others; but the gist of each section should clearly reflect truth about you. When you have spent time with this and have new questions, consult your astrologer to discuss them.
Pluto on Ascendant
Need to live by their own rules (not others’ rules or conventions). Social outsider (enjoys solitude), resists reflexively conforming to herd expectations (unique, eccentric, odd). Respectful of people (not systems). Kind, unthreatening, guileless (only rarely antisocial); innocent without naivete. Deeply affected by cruelty or injustice. Spiritually inquiring, questioning. Unrushed in emotional commitment.
More detail: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=38#p191
Moon in Aquarius
Intelligent, curious, exploring, discovery, futurist. Eccentric, nonconforming, original, innovative, creative. Social responsibility, progressive, reformer, humane, sympathetic to others’ troubles. Broad interests, instinct for the interconnection of all things (genius). Sexually liberal (unusual marital conditions). High-strung, needs solitude. Astrology.
More detail: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=34#p152
Moon opposite Mars (0°23’)
Active and reactive, temperamental, thinks and acts rapidly. Detests idleness, rarely still. Driven, competent, ambitious. Impatient, acerbic, irritable. Frank and sharp-tongued (friction in close relationships). Needs physical, emotional, and mental “room to breathe” (little domestic instinct). Substance abuse not uncommon. Sexual needs strong, almost irrepressible (the women are often sexual firecrackers, notable for the speed and intensity of their climaxes).
Moon square Sun (1°15’ M)
Energetic, dynamic, terrific drive, forceful. Psychic vitality, a mental-emotional attitude biased toward success. Comfortable with power. Intense desire in whatever they undertake. Sexual desires strong, passionate, though often narcissistic. Possible vanity, self-exaltation, and obstinacy.
Sun in Scorpio
Strong drive, competitive (combative). Requires freedom of movement and thought. Sexually voracious. Persistent, powerful, innovative, insightful. Bold, moral courage, unbowed. Pragmatic. Thought leaders (not followers). Forthright, blunt. Wit, humor. Enjoys life. Slow to show weaknesses; collects others’ weaknesses.
More detail: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=35#p162
Sun square Mars (0°28’ M)
Action, drive, accomplishment, vitality, courage. Restless, forthright, direct (perhaps hasty, impatient, temperamental, low frustration tolerance). Strong physical aggression (for business, sex, etc.). Industrious, instinctively leads or commands, thus often promoted.
Sun square Jupiter (4°56’)
Generous, kind, warm, amiable, tolerant. Visible self-confidence. Needs acceptance and friendship. General dislike of problems. Lucky, confident: most problems usually resolve remarkably easily. Extravagant, prodigal, loves leisure, overly reliant on luck. Philosophical or religious mind.
Mars in Leo
Strong, daring, confident (chutzpah). Refuses to be dominated or intimidated (imperious). Upbeat energy, audacious. Leaps in to help or lead (whatever is needed, including combat). Charismatic, attracts a following. Practical idealist. Observant, reads situations, acts effectively. Sexually ardent, bold, forthright (often, but not always, the aggressor).
Mars conjunct Jupiter (5°32’ M)
Exalts strength, competition, and conquest. Zest, vitality, enthusiasm, courage, confidence. Enterprising, resourceful. Sexually lusty, eager, popular, on the hunt. “Money to burn” (generous or extravagant). Aggressive with beliefs, evangelical (enthusiasts, missionaries, barnstormers).
Mercury in Libra
Courteous, well-mannered expression. Tactful, gracious, persuasive, pleasant (sarcastic, withholding). Mediator, negotiator, peacemaker, diplomat (idealist). Masters of finding common denominators. Mind has considerable intensity.
Mercury conjunct Uranus (1°39’ M)
Independent thinker. Curiosity and investigative spirit. Mind unfettered by formality: solves problems and integrates data more intuitively. Rejects linearity, lacks rigor in learning. Many interests, diverse, often unusual (including astrology or occultism). Speech engages others’ attention, usually has something interesting to say; challenges convention or authority, dares to speak despite consequences. Gentle rebellious behavior (“bad girl”) seems rooted in, “Don’t tell me how to think.” Socially odd, but not unpopular for it.
Venus in Sagittarius
Values friendship (sees it ennobling, honoring). Eager to be liked, accepted (usually is) and bring value to friendship. Expects reliable friends (returns the same). Needs affection openly declared: dislikes guessing. Idealist, committed to vision of a better world. Gracious, welcoming, generous, kind. Zealous, generous lovers. Much in their lives is defined by legacy.
Venus square Saturn (2°13’)
Work, duty, devotion give especial pleasure. Various restrictions (even hardships) in love. Work (with an eye to service) is inherently gratifying; ordinary pleasures may be delayed or sacrificed for responsibilities. Many seem comfortable alone (unpartnered), though there is rarely any sexual restraint. Childhood hardship or deprivation often exists (physical or emotional) that shapes adult patterns; many move far from their birthplace to restart their lives. Sober, responsible. Willing to pragmatically sacrifice (even sellout) whatever they need to, for something more important to them.
In recent years, we have been experimenting with a planet discovered in the early 20th century named ERIS. This is actually your most angular planet, being 0°24' off Descendant. My tentative interpretation of Eris on an angle may be of interest to you:
Character is destiny. Who you are determines the life that is yours to unfold. “Know thyself” is the key.

Eris Foreground wrote:Mischievous, curious, trickster, outlier, and disruptor: Naturally navigates the swarm of chaos more easily with practical advantage (but thus also leaves a wake of chaos, disrupting imposed orders and conditions, because they have little native resistance to disorder). Managing the incomprehensible, juggles undecided possibilities.

Re: Mary's Natal Chart
Thank you Jim for this! I have to reprogram my way of thinking. The tropical chart is one sign over so i have always thought of myself as a Sagittarius.
To answer your question, I have moved back to my birth place in Manila, Philippines for a little over 2 years now. Living with my family.
Would love to know more (career, relationships, purpose, fulfilment, etc...), but this is a great start. I can go back and read previous threads to gain more information. Thanks again! I appreciate this so much

Jim, this is a bit scary! 100% true! All of it!

Re: Mary's Natal Chart
Well... what can I say? - Astrology really works when you know which parts of the chart are most important (and how to read them).
Thanks for that piece of feedback. I'm sorry some of this paragraph is true (and happy for the rest, since this also includes some of your best strengthening traits).

Re: Mary's Natal Chart
Please don't be sorry! I am so happy to read them all - the good, the bad, even the ugly! I value knowing more about myself, while there is time to correct some of my actions and reactions. I definitely see some triggers there! I was less hyper (meaning angry) when I was living in the MD-DC-VA area, but all my chill and calmness dissipated when I moved back home. It is true that I need my solitude and independence, hence, I miss living by myself. But like what my chart said, sacrifice is strong with this one! Peace of mind will be on pause. lol

Re: Mary's Natal Chart
In the greater Washington area, your chart rotates to put Venus on Midheaven. By itself, this would suggest one of the most peaceful bands for you. On the other hand, this means your Saturn is also angular and that the dynamics of your Venus-Saturn square are strongly emphasized there. (Your Saturn is actually your strongest planet in the DC area, though Venus is strong.)mirrsanchez wrote: Sun Sep 10, 2023 9:22 am I was less hyper (meaning angry) when I was living in the MD-DC-VA area, but all my chill and calmness dissipated when I moved back home.
If you get the chance to move back to the U.S. (and want to), your Venus line runs a little more inland, on a vertical line (longitude) through the middle of North Carolina (Raleigh is very close) up to areas east of Pittsburgh and right through Buffalo. Your Saturn line (that you might want to shy away from unless you want to focus on the discipline and survival elements) passes through coastal NC, exactly Richmond and DC, a little west of Baltimore, and on up through central NY.
Or, getting away from the Venus-Saturn altogether, a Jupiter line runs from New Orleans to Chicago. The New Orleans end is clear of other influences; the Chicago end adds Neptune, which would be frustrated unless you are specifically interested in Neptune activities, e.g., the entertainment industry.
You have a Sun line through Houston, and then curving northeast to arc through Midwest stated ending in central Wisconsin.
Other areas have interesting things, but these are some highlights. The western third-to-half of the country is noticeably empty of specific influences.

Interesting! A lot to consider before moving once again..
Just curious, what does it say if I were to stay in Manila or perhaps Guam? California or maybe Las Vegas?

If you stay in Manila, you get your natal chart: The only angular planet is Pluto moderately rising. Fir Guam (I picked Dededo as a representative location), nothing in particular stands out one way or the other.mirrsanchez wrote: Sun Sep 10, 2023 11:26 am ...what does it say if I were to stay in Manila or perhaps Guam? I missed some details in the western U.S. (a line was too faint on my map): For Los Angeles, you have Mercury exactly (0°15' on Midheaven, highlighting your Mercury-Uranus conjunction (Uranus is 2°08' from Midheaven). Read Mercury-Uranus above to see what is highlighted: A wonderful location for using your mind in discovery and ingenuity. San Francisco has the same pair but barely on angles, so it is much more dilute. Las Vegas has the same Mercury-Uranus: Somewhat weaker than LA, but significantly stronger than San Francisco.
