Here is the breakdown of the Libsolar for Washington. It is simpler, less polarized, but no less confrontational (and somewhat violent):

Pluto on EP-a 0°26'
Mars on MC 3°18'
-- Pluto sq non-foreground Jupiter 1°10' M and Sun 2°50'

For those interested in watching the effects of Eris in mundane astrology, the planet is 4°05' past IC and opposite the not-quite-foreground Sun-Mercury. The Ma/Er midpoint is 0°24' from the angles.


The Libsolar is dormant for Kyiv, making no difference in the flow of things. In Russia, Uranus is 0°22' from EP and in mundane opposition to Moon. Big changes are coming down in Moscow this quarter including ideological shifts (I can't tell to which extreme).

In Tel Aviv, Venus is 0v37' from Nadiir, Moon 0°01' from MC, and there is a little Uranus. This is usually a mark of peace, and Venus is unafflicted. I can't tell if the restoration of peace is because of a decisive Israeli victory or simply everybody being done with the current turmoil, but i do know it is in response to a powerful, emotion-driven mass-mind outcry against humanitarian atrocities and the rending of families.

Thanks Jim. If there happens to be a peace settlement, the Dow will soar at least testing the Jan 5 2022 all time high in the Dow. If the peace settlement happens to be the first week of Jan 2024 and the Dow is near its all time high, it could be another major top depending on the technicals and if the Dow is testing the all-time high only on Jan 5 2024. If, on the other side of this coin---if the Dow happens to make new lows on the yearly charts below the Oct 13 2022 low, it could be setting-up for a major bottom for a later peace settlement. Time only knows for sure. The World is a complicated mess.

The best chance for peace in Israel is before the Capsolar. Though the 2024 Capsolar has a mundane Moon-Venus partile square for Tel Aviv, it also has Saturn 0°04' from Descendant.

What is worrying me the most for many months is the action I have been witnessing in the oil market with its charts. And now another major war conflict happening on the World Scene it has to worry the Stock Market as well. If peace could happen involving these two wars going on in the World, the Markets would soar. I see our economy as basically a very strong economy contrary to the al the negative talk from soothsayers.
