2016 September 1st's Annular Solar Eclipse

Post by TheScales_BothWays »

Wow, so it's been 6 months already since the last eclipse. I still miss the beautiful crescent Sun I saw last 9th March!
This eclipse occurs at 14°22' Leo, squared by Saturn, opposed by Neptune, and sesquisquared by Uranus.
So we already know quite a number of people in this forum with sensitive points around 14° Hub here, and I'm no exception with my Venus-Pluto. 6 more months of strong Venus-Pluto themes in my life like there wasn't enough of it? Bring it on!. :P

A few questions about eclipses though:
1) So the eclipse that'll end the 6-month eclipse period is on next February the 26th, 2017 where another annular solar eclipse occurs, at 13°13' Aquarius, right? Or since the eclipse is around the same place it was the last time (13-14°Hub), there'll be another 6-month period to face?

2) Does an eclipse's effects only show when the eclipse is visible at your residence, or regardless of it? (Even when it was night when the solar eclipse occurred?)

On your first question: I see multiple questions here, and I'm not clear what you're exactly asking.

Thanks!

On your first question: I see multiple questions here, and I'm not clear what you're exactly asking.
Basically, is the 26th February eclipse the eclipse to end my 6-month Venus-Pluto effects I'll be facing, or will I face 6 more months of it because of it's still close to it? (my Venus-Pluto, that is) :)

So it means I'll have to face a new six months of the eclipse effect and for me, it will just be Pluto effects I believe because the 26th Feb. eclipse is not partile opposite my natal Venus but is partile square to my Pluto.

What orbs do you use for eclipses? Partile, as for all transits, or a lenient 2-3°?
