She was going to discuss the chart for Reagan that she used at the July 1990 AFA convention in Orlando. As a data collector, I'd be interested if anyone knows 1) What time she used for Ronald Reagan, and 2) What became of her files. She worked closely with Carole Jean Thomas, who wrote an obituary note for the same issue of the Bulletin indicating that Frances had passed on December 1, 1990 in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Wayne
PS She also published an edition of the Primer of Sidereal Astrology by Fagan and Firebrace in 1971, but admitted in the article that she used tropical charts in her work as well . A bibliography of sidereal publications is here: http://home.comcast.net/~siderealwest/biblio.htm

A Solar Monthly Return would have been a cool tool. Too bad it didn't work (except to the extent that it's another valid chart, e.g., a demi or quart, or even the two Enneads).

Jim, what's the time you're using for Ronald Reagan?
- I'm asking this in light of the synastry project. Nancy's data is rated B and the time looks recise (not rounded), so seems reliable enough to go with; his time has extensive notes on source; I trust your calculations if you happened to come up with a satisfactory time for him.

I have President Reagan's data as C, so I wouldn't count on it for any project. Having examined all the different claims, I settled on 6:15 AM CST as most likely correct.Danica wrote: Mon Jun 08, 2020 4:51 pm Jim, what's the time you're using for Ronald Reagan?
