A Taurus-Sagittarius with Sun exactly square Jupiter and a possible Moon-Venus opposition. His Sun is on Kamala Harris' Ascendant and his Mars squares her Sun-Moon - possibly too dominating a figure to pair with her.

He has a progressed Mars-Saturn square exact this year. The transiting Mars-Pluto square election day is on his Neptune, which may be humiliating, though Venus transits his Sun-Jupiter. It's also the day of his SLR, though we have no idea what that chart says: It would be vastly different with Sun-Venus-Jupiter on an angle than Mars-Neptune-Pluto.

On Inauguration Day (as happens for hi every four years), Sun squares his Neptune but Jupiter exactly opposes his Saturn.

His last SSR was on a day when Moon probably opposed Saturn but just maybe aspected his natal Sun-Jupiter instead (if he was born late in the day).

He seems a great guy. From what we can tell without a birthtime, though, he's not a good candidate this year.
