Hello,
I live in Florida, my county was devastated by Hurricane Milton. My neighborhood was pretty much destroyed especially my street since we have a large retention pond next to us that flooded and flooded all the homes on my street with a little higher than ankle deep water. My daughter and I evacuated to another county during the storm thankfully and didn’t have to deal with the consequences but now we’re dealing with the aftermath. I am a renter, the owner and property manager are responding quickly. The water restoration company is doing the demo on the downstairs on my condo right now and they already have a contractor coming over the weekend to do an estimate on the kitchen cabinets etc. Yesterday the flooring company came out to measure for the new floors. I’m very happy they are doing what they need to do to make it live able again. There is a tree on my roof so the second bedroom ceiling has water leaking. The HOA is responsible for the outside of the property and they are working as well to remove the trees but there are so many that were uprooted, it’s going to take a while possibly. My landlord is mostly concerned with the tree on the roof, he obviously doesn’t want to start work on the ceiling til it’s been removed. Point is, I’ve rented a hotel room for two weeks to let them do what they need to do. I’m hoping it’s enough time, I asked my landlord to keep me updated on the progress. He is willing to let me terminate my lease but I’d rather not. I applied for assistance through FEMA but my app is pending until an inspection can be done. How do things look for me? Should I cut my losses and go? Like I said a lot of the county was destroyed, I can’t imagine finding a new place will be easy.

Re: Hurricane Milton
That's dreadful -- my sympathies. I'll look into the prognostics for you shortly if no one beats me to it.

Kimmy, please remind me - did you travel for your birthday this year? Where did you celebrate it.
I'm glad you're OK and I'm sorry you had to go through all that. I'm certain its rough. The next several weeks are likely to be rough (with all the symbolism tied to ideas of water and damage and rough emotions - Saturn spending a few weeks square your Neptune). But... maybe the solar return (birthday chart) puts a different spin on that. Certainly we can look toward where you want to take your life in the new year.

Re: Hurricane Milton
Solar is mixed, but largely uncomfortable, with the natal Mercury-Mars conjunction very tightly angular as the prominent feature -- though it contributes mental agility in handling such a crisis -- and Neptune's precise transit to natal Moon not striking me as much ameliorated by Venus tagging along. (The two structures connect, by the way.) The best thing is the partile Moon-Jupiter conjunction, but there is also a Moon-Saturn square.
The current Lunars are much like what we could expect, the October 1 Full with natal Saturn exactly on Descendant as the main angularity, and transiting Venus and Uranus square it. The October 15 Demi has precisely angular natal Uranus conjoined by transiting Mercury, plus transiting Pluto closely on Ascendant. Discomfiting, troubling, disrupting, turbulent. Although, this latest chart isn't dreadful by itself, and could simply represent the hectic atmosphere at hand.
The October 28 Lunar has transiting Jupiter decently close to Eastpoint, and natal Venus close to IC. Though the transit of Neptune to Moon appears here, moderately foreground, this chart might represent the opportune timing for a relatively advantageous decision.

My sympathies for your losses and challenges.
The chart you posted seems to be a tropical chart and not Sidereal. Astro.com by default calculates in tropical, there is a checkbox for selecting Sidereal. You may want to download TM and recalculate your charts and see how you resonate with them, especially your upcoming lunars.
