I've been looking at this aspect and I am especially interested at this juncture in time since it is personally touching me now. Neptune has been partile square my Venus-Jupiter opposition for a while, but also opposing my Pluto. So they are now forming a grand square all together in my personal chart. And additionally my r. Nep is in a wide trine to this degree in Pisces.
What is even more interesting to me is that in a couple of months, in the end of January, Venus and the t. Nnode join Neptune at the end of tropical Pisces and earlier sidereal Pisces. So it is exalted in both zodiacs at that time. Maybe it's a time of being hopelessly romantic or drunk on love or maybe it's a time of some artistic endeavours or perhaps both. ... but I find it interesting. Since Neptune is a slow mover through the zodiac, this is a once in a lifetime aspect to my natal chart. It actually happens again in January 2065, but I'll probably be dead by then.
I've been exploring the exaltation side of this matter and digging into the astrotheme.com database where I can use the search tool for astrological aspects and positions. So I looked for this. Continued in next post with the findings.
My daughter has this aspect and she has the musical and theatrical emphasis. She is a natural singer and I believe she could become a professional as well and she has already started a little bit of acting in dubbing children's movies and has expressed an interest in becoming an actress.

So what did I find in their database? To keep this very potent, I kept the search within 3° orb of degree 27 for Venus and I search only for people with this aspect at the end of Pisces.
With the tightest criteria for Venus and including both planets I got;
With only Venus in the late degree I got 1011 results ... the page automatically sorts in popularity order. To name a few:
Kurt Cobain. Kourtney Kardashian, Vincent Van Gogh, Drew Barrymore, George Harrison, James McAvoy, Kate Hudson, Kirsten Dunst, Rachel Weisz, George Washington, Benicio del Toro, Gad Elmaleh, Iggy Pop, Melanie Laurent, Fanny Ardant, Patricia Arquette, Tom Selleck, Anthony Quinn, Ayan Rand, H.C. Andersen (author), Maurice Noble and Mendelssohn (composer/musician), Klara Hitler (his mother), Will Keith Kellog (founder of Kellog's), Giovanni Battista Tiepolo (Italian prolific painter and printer).
These are actors for the most part, also musicians and authors. H.C. Andersen is a legend and so are Vincent Van Gogh, Mendelssohn and George Washington and perhaps Ayn Rand in a way.
When running this request for Neptune only in those late degrees I get 277 results, to name a few;
Elizabeth I Queen of England, Rudolf Steiner, Arthur Conan Doyle, Gustav Mahler, Pierre Curie, Alan Leo (astrologer), John Dewey (educational reformer), and Romania, the mystical country of Transylvania.

OK, Arena, now I need to make the executive decision to end this. The Tropical zodiac is a complete fiction. In any case, this forum isn't the place to try to make a case for it. In particular, I can't have anyone wandering onto this site thinking that our position is supportive of the Tropical zodiac
I'll delete this thread once I know you've had a chance to see this post.
Thank you.

This fits within both zodiacs. All within Pisces. Both have merit, each in their own way. Different layers in astrology. If there's anything we humans should be able to learn while staying on Earth it is that not everything is "as it seems".
I'm about to add in here more about this aspect to explore the artistic feature of it. Pisces was only the start since that's where these planets are about to meet up soon.

To give you the most leeway, I'll leave the thread if you remove the sections that argue for the specific importance of the Venus exaltation degree in the Tropical zodiac.
