This is not too bad of a solar return. Yes, it shows the current anxiety, worry, and sense of loss and economic vulnerability that you're currently feeling. (They're already part of your year, so they'd have to show.) Against this, though are optimistic signs. So the basic message is that fundamental security structures in your life would be negatively impacted (security broken), and that the course of these 12 months will see a recovery.

However, the LOUDEST message of this chart is that your life is changing in big ways. Transiting Pluto angular is the single strongest thing in the solar return, indicating that life conditions (life foundations) are being transformed into new conditions. Moon opposes Uranus, meaning rapidly changing conditions that require new adaptation. Moon conjoins your natal Pluto, similar to those. And so on. The main message is that the life you had been living before is outgrown and you will have to reinvent that life (or it will reinvent around you).

Looking simply at transits, Pluto conjunct natal Saturn is the main aspect operating right now. It's the main aspect on the angle of your solar return, and it operates more broadly. This aspect is what you have already experienced: a high-impact blow to the stable, secure, solid "given" things in your life and to your security overall. This transit serves us to break up places we have calcified.

Uranus transits natal Mercury about now. This has been going on for much of the last year and is finishing up right now. There were also Uranus and Mercury combinations in your solar return. Usually this means being turned on to new exciting ideas, new areas of study, things that excite and interest you.

This might mean that you decide to go in a different career direction and learn something new that really excites you.

There are all kinds of possibilities. I think it will be resolved within the course of the year. You have neither strong Saturn nor Jupiter transits (of the kind that affect prosperity) until Jupiter opposes your Uranus in August, which is one aspect that often signals very positive changes and valuing your ingenuity. We'd have to do a week-by-week analysis to estimate exact points in time; but the big-picture view of the year in your solar return (which you originally requested) shows a hard blow, a significant dismantling and redirecting your life, and an eventual advantageous situation all within the course of the February-to-February year.

This also depends on what you do with the time, how you pursue things, whether you decide to go in a new direction or stay on the path you're currently on. Counting on major trends, there is emotional disappointment in late April to early May (perhaps feeling let down by friends) and the reverse - a stretch of happiness and enjoying friends (and maybe comfort) in late May to early June.
