Born May 3rd, 2001, at 10:00 AM Rachel Zegler was cast as Snow White. The film has been ready for years, but reshoots and the lead character being a Rebel in real life has plagued the film. Disney has been in a lot of trouble in the last several years for continuously trying to buck their image as a traditional, family oriented enterprise and legacy. By Zeigler's natal chart, it appears they did the same and it backfired. Zeigler although a a great singer is the exact opposite of Snow White in terms of nature being a an Aries suns in the Sun's exact exaltation degree with a Leo Moon. From the critiques, it appears the actresses essentially played herself, like she does in each film, which is not uncomfortable for younger, greener actors. But when you're talking about a beloved icon renowned for her soft, feminine nature, you might want someone who can channel Moon/Venus. Even Libra would be too harsh.

Fun fact, Adriana Caselotti, the 1937 voice actress for Snow White was born May 6th, 1916, but she was born to a highly talented musical family and heavily trained in opera and acting by the time she received the role.

The face of Snow White was based on Libra Heddy Lamarr a famous Libra while Snow White's mannerisms were styled after Marge Champion a Leo, so Snow White was multidimensional character. Ironic that the face would come from a Libra.

She was born in Hackensack, NJ. The time, though, is fuzzy at best (C-rated): There is not yet any documentary evidence of the time, but she did write on Twitter that she had [Tropical] Cancer rising, so this birthtime is a "best fit" to that, putting the middle of Tropical Cancer on Ascendant.

She has indeed given then bad publicity they didn't want with her strong opinions and outspoken behavior. If this time is close to correct, she has Mars exactly angular and Venus near MC. Add her Jupiter-Pluto opposition and Mercury-Uranus square - both partile - and these traits are all obvious.

And, as you mention, she is an Aries-Leo. What fantastic casting! I primary intention of the movie was to move away from the mor demure, passive sort of princess who needed someone to save her and to show more of a woman who is independent and self-sufficient. No "Disney princess" this one, but rather a rightful heir to a throne of her own.

I haven't seen the movie (we'll wait until it's on Disney+), but I saw her in West Side Story and I've seen the recent clips - they certainly got that (and perhaps more than they intended)!

Solar arcs don't do anything to confirm the birthtime, and maybe they argue against it at bit. West Side Story was in 2021 - should have shown as a big break - and then mixed results for the current movie (i.e., the movie isn't doing so well but it will play for decades, and the publicity has certainly spotlighted her a great deal). For the (estimated at best) even-hour time, direct Descendant is just past her Neptune and directed Saturn is a few degrees shy of square MC. Neither of those (if made perfect) would fit. The Moon degree seems questionable since West Side Story would have come out exactly as directed Saturn squared her Moon, soon after directed/progressed Sun conjoined her Saturn. Unless there were personal life tragedies in this time, it seems extremely unlikely Moon was in that degree. (More broadly, her career on film and stage have been on a positive roll over the last few years. She's next off to play Evita in a West End production.)

Current transits give a maybe for the approximate time if you consider 'scandal' (too strong a word) around the current film as fitting transiting Neptune crossing her MC. If it's exactly now, then the birth time should be ten minutes later (10:10 AM), though otherwise it would have been crossing during the making of the film and the lead-up. The clustering of Mercury, Venus, and Neptun around the possible MC degree for this last week's events is an intriguing possibility.

On less time-sensitive transits, she's at the age where everyone to have Uranus square natal Uranus, which in her case means Uranus to natal Mercury-Uranus. She has certainly been outspoken and opinionated! Jupiter has been crossing her Jupiter-Pluto in recent weeks, another career high-mark but not exempt from controversy. If her birth time is approximately right, she'll have Saturn cross her Midheaven soon.
