A gigantic figure, indeed, and, as a Taurus, a significant contributor to preservation of the arts. (IIRC he was instrumental in the Cloisters.)
As the Bradley study showed, "Earth" sign Suns, like Rockefeller's Taurus, typically have the longest lives. Even without a birth time, he chart is clearly a major business chart, with the triple Mercury-Saturn-Pluto tight conjunction in Gemini (all sextile Mars) and either a Sagittarius or Capricorn Moon.
For a noon birth, progressed Moon was half a degree shy of square progressed Saturn for his death, and less than a degree from square Mars. This gives a strong inkling that he was born at, or soon after, noon, perhaps 1 PM. Similarly, for a noon estimate, his SQ Moon was about 2° shy of his natal Mars, suggesting that PSSR Moon was even closer. A 1 PM birth puts Jupiter precisely setting at birth, with the Mercury-Saturn-Pluto triplet near MC and a Capricorn Moon closely square Mars - quite descriptive of his blessed and powerful business life. This puts progressed MC for death square progressed Pluto and just a hair past square natal Saturn-Pluto (while progressed Moon is exactly square his progressed Mars-Saturn).
On first impression, I would suggest a birth time of 12:40 PM.

But my Solar Fire program shows that he's either a double-Taurus or a Taurus-Gemini? His Mercury-Saturn-Pluto conjunction is not as tight either, (His Mercury-Pluto is 8°wide!) and his Saturn-Pluto very loosely sextiles Mars.

Why'd you think a billionaire would have Pluto partile on the MC?
Wait a minute: Jim, I believe you made a minor error!
His birthday is on the 12th of June 1915, not the 31st of May 1915.

One of those rich men.
Let's look at Jupiter's aspects. Rich men need Jupiter to work for them for expansion of wealth.
Jupiter trine Neptune, sextile Venus and 5° square to Pluto and over 7° square Saturn. Once again Jupiter in aspect to Pluto and Saturn in rich man's chart. (Could be tighter in a mundoscope, I don't know).
It is also possibly square the Moon, good for success. We don't know if Jupiter or Pluto was angular as we do not have birth time.
Here I did a small summary of Jupiter's aspects in rich people's charts.
