Solar Ingresses calculations

How do you calculate solar ingresses with Solar Fire?

1: Click on ‘Chart’ in upper left corner of tool bar.
2: Scroll down and click on ‘Return & Ingress’ or keystroke F5.
3: Under ‘Chart Type to Generate’ in lower right of window, highlight ‘Advanced & Ingress’—then click ‘Options’ Box.
4: Then with the ‘Advance Return Selections’ window select either Sun or Moon, then under ‘Return Sun or Moon To’: check ‘Position or Ingress’ and then click on the little down arrow.
5: Then select the Cardinal Ingress you want to calculate. Make sure you are working in the Sidereal zodiac (Fagan/Bradley) for Bradley’s Sidereal Ingress Charts.

I was wondering if there is any place I can find the dates and times for all the sidereal solar and lunar ingresses during the year. I don't have solar fire but I can calculate them the hard way. Having them listed would save time and allow me to quickly make a chart then look at an astromap for hot spots (or fun spots).

Deb, I think they have to be calculated with astrological program. If the time data you are requesting can be found elsewhere, Jim would probably know.
