I quit my job

So, things have been building up to this since last summer and I finally did it this week.

At the beginning of the week I got some news from a former colleague that worked with me at this place, but has left. I got upset - but it was just the drop to make the spillover. Like I said, things have been building up for a while.
On thursday morning, 3rd March at 9.14., I wrote to the owner of the company and listed my reasons for leaving. In my view his behavior is the cause for people leaving and he has done nothing to do better even though the people who have already left before me have also told him similar things. His lack of communication shows disrespect in my view (and other's) and also I feel all this boils down to his lack of ambition for this part of his company (he attends mostly just to his law firm). Yesterday I sent him again an answer to his post where I explained to him that my first mail had not been to attack him as a person, but just to tell him that I think his behavior is unlikely to deliver success for the company and that therefore I don't want to be a part of it anymore.

I might add that I do not consider him authority (very true about Aries Moons and angular Uranus people, I identify with, I actually don't ever look at anyone as my authority), I do not consider him my boss and I have no problem telling him this, although my intention was not to hurt him or attack him - my intention was to give him my reasons for leaving instead of just leaving, since I think that is a more honest way and I hope he will learn from it, although I doubt it.

I can see signs in my charts, f.ex. the SSR Uranus almost exact square SSR MC. On that day tr. Uranus seems to be exact square my natal MC and opposite my natal VX while tr. Pluto is 1° from MC. Tr. Moon was on my natal Jupiter, but square natal Pluto.

Transits to the 4 moons:
Natal Moon recieves a square from Venus and trine from Jupiter (strange).
Pr. Moon is partile opposite p. Saturn, it is almost exact now.
SSR Moon which is opposite natal Pluto now receives a sq. from tr. Moon, but a trine from tr. Mars.
The current LR shows a Moon-Mars-Mercury T-square and a trine from Jupiter and the strange thing is that Jupiter is angular partile to Vx and close to LR ASC.

N.b. I can also see appropriate symbolism for a chart with a bit earlier birth time for me (around 23.23 I am exploring) since that one gives a tight aspect to SSR Saturn and natal Saturn as well (without the Venus-Jupiter) and it would show tr. Pluto on the SSR MC right now.
This earlier birth time also shows an angular Jupiter-Saturn mundane square in the current LR.

Arena, if my memory is serving me at this moment, I think Jim pointed out that you have a double whammy of SSR Saturn and Natal Saturn in the immediate foreground of your current SSR. If correct, I see this double whammy of SSR Saturn as the main ‘theme’ for your solar year which may be the direct astrological psychological timing cause for your dislike of this man who is in charge of your work place. Question: Is this the first job you have “quit” in your life working career? Thanks

You have an excellent memory Steve :)
I do have a double whammy of Saturn, and it is even closer to angles if I use the alternative birth hour, 23.23 or somewhere around that time. And that would take out the natal Venus-Jupiter symbolism of this year's SSR, which is surely nowhere to be found in my opinion - well but the year is not over yet. And that double Saturn has Jupiter squaring it now. You can also see that the SSR Moon is opp. natal Pluto and therefore square my natal Venus-Jupiter opposition and also the SSR Moon is involved in a grand trine with SSR Mars and Saturn.

The answer to your question is no, this is not the first time I quit a job, I tend to go from one thing to another, trying new things and always wanting a new challenge - therefore I do indeed identify very strongly with an angular Uranus. I have tried so many different jobs and different things in my life and am never afraid or worried to take on a new thing, it excites me to do so and I find it is making me grow as a human being to explore many different things. :)
