My SSR for 2015 at first glace looks dead in the water with Natal Saturn in the foreground, but at a closer glance, and I am kind of master this
1. SSR Moon is at 27 degrees Taurus which makes a 135 degree aspect to my natal mars/Venus midpoint (does not seem too exciting)
2. The Solar progressed Moon will make a progressed aspect to my sun/moon midpoint which is currently being squared by a stationary Venus
3. Solar Progressed moon will also make a 135 to solar Venus which is squaring the sun/moon midpoint.
4. The closest aspect is a 135 partile separating between Jupiter Uranus.
I know that number 4 could influence the SSR, but am I reaching with (1-3)

I don't think I understand the question.

If you are referring to ingresses being active or inactive, I don't think that applies to solar and lunar returns.

But of course I could be wrong.

It would help if you'd include the time in your birthdata, (and also if you would say if you are talking about the horoscope or the mundane chart, since we seem to be going through a spate of people trying to discuss their mundane charts and not saying so up front.)

So sorry to forget..its 11:44 pm..what I meant was since there's nothing too for ground should I look to the natal midpoints and the way stationary solar venus, solar moon and progressed solar moon are aspecting them..usually I would not pay too much attention to it..but sp moon is making a 135 to st. Solar Venus which is partile square my natal sun/ moon midpoint.

I would look at the aspects from solar planets to sun, and to solar and lunar moon first, and the transits to solar angles and planets before I looked at progressions.

Venus, IMO, your 2015 SSR main feature is your SSR Moon will progress to a partile 180 of your Natal & sp Natal Neptune in Feb-Mar 2016. I don’t know if you have been paying attention to Jim’s observation with PS-1 Natal Angle progressions but in March 2016 your PS-I, (SA in Long) with SF features:

PS-1 Dsc: 5,39 Sag
PS-1 Mars 6,31 Sag
PS-1 Neptune 4,20 Sag

Note your p. Neptune is virtually the same as your Natal Neptune. This PS-1 produces a direct midpoint of Mars/Neptune=Dsc, a most potent configuration. As I have been posting for some time, IMO, it is this p. Natal Mars-Neptune configuration which is the astrological timing reason for all the crap that is occurring in your life. It is a slow moving progression. Since your p. 2015 SSR Moon partiles 180 your Natal & PS-1 Neptune in March 2016, I expect this to time some more crap, so note this time period and be as prepared as possible, consciously. On March 25th 2016 your SQ has your station SSR Venus partile cnj SQ MC partile 25 SQ Moon partile 135 your p. & r. Neptune. This day may or may not time a Venus incident in your life.
