From Who Was Who 1897-1915, Gleadow extracted 478 politicians.

Normalizing these against all entries in that volume, we get a disappointing overall score and the only significant result being a minor low in Sagittarius (< .10).

Correcting them only for astronomical factors, we get stronger results. Virgo peaks (almost .03), with Aquarius barely past the minor .10 mark. Sagittarius is significantly low (< .03). The overall score is not what we would like for a fully significant study.
