At first I thought this return would intensify the effects of my Uranus-to-Sun transit; maybe it had in subtler or less-noticeable ways, though no particular outstanding incident occurred during the course of the return, that I could strongly associate with Sun-Uranus symbolism.
Some words from Cyril Fagan regarding Sun-Uranus co-angularity in returns does seem to have a say though:
Well, I was indeed in some limelight, as during this time, the maternal side of my family, my friends and some seniors of mine at school got to know that I can do astrology. So, many of them requested me to read their horoscopes, analyse their synastries with other people, and etc. Many were of course excited and amazed ...particularly those who have my Uranus on their angles—it just seemed easier to read their horoscopes, I can easily detect sharp, clear symbolisms in their horoscopes. For some others it was harder for me to do so, and to describe their personalities, probably because a)I'm still technically a beginner in astrology, and still need more experience, I haven't gotten all Sun and Moon signs down, and b) I had to modify some of my readings so that it would fit Asian ethics and behaviours, and of course I don't want to offend or worry anybody if I see something very sexual or negative respectively in their chart. For example, just because my Uncle is a Taurus with Mars trine Uranus, doesn't mean I can just probe into his romantic/sexual/sensual life for my better understanding of that Sun sign and Mars aspect.t. SUN & t. URANUS
"As a result of entirely unforeseen circumstances... the native may suddenly find himself something of a hero, public character or otherwise in the limelight.
All the same, I definitely loved and enjoyed my increased astrological activity. (Angular Uranus, plus it's angular on the Descendant, which probably showed that I consulted people's charts in person.)
Reading everyone's charts was also very fun, exciting (Uranus again) and very pleasurable, plus I gained a lot more of astrological experience. I also got the chance to introduce and explain Western Sidereal Astrology to those whose charts I read, and how it's so unlike Tropical Astrology, and especially how it's unlike to Indian Astrology (e.g. like how you can't really use Sidereal Astrology to predict the exact ages when one may experience marriage and death. Indian astrology predicts them using a complex house-rulership+Dasa system based method, but I'm not sure of how accurate they are anyway). However, not many really seemed to care; they just wanted to get their charts read by whichever method I use, as they find it very true and descriptive. I suppose they got overwhelmed and confused with the many branches of astrology and their various techniques.
Now, with that SLR being expired more than a week ago, I certainly notice that my astrological activity has dropped significantly compared to the previous lunar month. Not many are asking me to read their charts anymore, sigh.
Some things that I've seen in others' charts during the course of my Uranian lunar month:
A friend of my Uncle (6th July 1959, 12.45PM, Taiping, Malaysia) complained why does he's not that "lucky" with saving money—he either spends them due to unavoidable circumstances or something else happens that he loses them. And bam, as I suspected, his natal chart had a close Mars-Jupiter square! An aspect famously known for "burning a hole (Mars) in one's pocket (Money: Jupiter)." What's particularly interesting is that his SSR for last year (he lives in Kuala Lumpur now) featured his natal Mars-Jupiter partile on his solar angles, along with solar Mars partile conjunct his r.Jupiter, thus behaving like a "transit for the year," and adding fuel to the natal Mars-Jupiter flame. According to himself, he lost much of his money and retirement savings through investments, some of which turned out to be scams.
My cousin (born 21st April 2000, 10.31 AM, Sepang, Malaysia) shared to me that a psychic randomly approached and told him and his parents that he has a big danger to his life within the next few years. How frightening!
I went through his future SLRs within the next few years to find anything descriptive of that, and found out that on the 4th of April 2018, he'll receive a lunar return featuring a transiting Mars-Saturn conjunction straddling his SLR's Descendant (and both partile setting) with t.Mercury 1°00 mundanely on the SLR's MC at his birthplace, where he still lives. Of course, I strongly warned him and his mother of all possible dangers related to Mercury-Mars-Saturn symbolism. Though, do you guys have anything else to say regarding this hazardous SLR of his?
Another cousin of mine (born 12 May 1985, 10.36AM, Klang) who's pregnant asked me how will her upcoming delivery be; whether will it be a C-section or a normal delivery. Using lunar returns, I told her that if she gives birth from the 28th of June until the 11th of July, she's likely to give birth via a C-section as her DSLR operating then features t.Mercury-Mars closely on her SLR IC, but also has t.Jupiter squaring her SLR MC. (Jim once mentioned that he noticed Mars angularities in SLRs of giving birth where there were complications or surgery involved, and Mercury-Mars just seems strongly "surgical" to me.)
But, if she will give birth after the 12th of July, it's more likely that she'll be having a normal delivery, as transiting Venus is partile on her SLR descendant. (Her new SLR begins the 12th of July.) After breathing a sigh of relief, she told me that her delivery is due around the 15th of July. I'm a bit more worried now, however, as I had just noticed that her natal Mars also squares her SLR descendant by 2 degrees. Uh oh, how did I miss that...
P.S. I hope I don't seem like I'm bragging. I just want to share some of the exciting and interesting astrological symbolisms I've seen during my past Uranian SLR.
