The "outstanding incident" angular Jupiter partile 90 Uranus I think is the main benefic aspect the US is psychologically experiencing with recovery from last years Covid lock down crises... Just angular Jupiter alone symbolizes psychologically a benefic mood for the Nation as a whole.
Yes, I agree - this is one of the two biggest manifestations of the aspect for the U.S., but that's two out of many. We can't be
really sure until the end of the year, of course, because we're not out of this difficulty yet; for example, California, that was so far ahead of most states on recovery, has been hit so hard since 4th of July that LA County ordered (effective midnight last night) a return to mandatory indoor masking at all times regardless of vaccination level.
But I think we're on our way - we just have to get through this Saturn transit to Capsolar Dsc (in DC) - another month and we're probably past the worst of it unless the worldwide Cansolar Moon-Sun-Pluto slams us through a wall. I think the Jupiter transits in the Capsolar late August and early September are the target we have to get to.
Also, I think we have to credit this time and the mood changes especially to the Arisolar, which this year is a mid-April to mid-October chart. It's main feature for the U.S. is a Moon-Jupiter square exactly angular. It also has Saturn on WP, slightly weaker. My breakdown of this all along has been: On balance, the 6 months will be the best of the year, but it will be a mix of good stuff and bad stuff. Moon-Jupiter means we're basically more positive, businesses and schools opening, people returning to work, life taking on a positive disease overall; and yet I knew there would be a worsening in the middle, as we've seen.
But back to Jupiter-Uranus. While
recovery and salvation and
collective optimism anticipating good change form one of its biggest theme, at least as strong is the enormous surge of liberal political and social policies, what I called "broadly, boldly liberal government or political activism, remapping the larger social contract, liberal social agenda" etc. This might be even a bigger story (looking back years from now) than the pandemic recovery (which is maybe more obvious to us right now).
Finally, with Jupiter-Uranus you have to consider
new, good science as a basic feature. It' not just recovery from the pandemic because we waited it out, it's recovery through mind-boggling science that finally is applying the 21st century discoveries and developments of genetic manipulation, which is the medicine of the future. The breakthrough commercial opening of space excursions and travel, now appearing as a consumer option, is awakening a level of excitement and engagement at least slightly reminiscent of the most famous Jupiter-Uranus aspect of the 20th century, the final achievement of a Moon landing. There are other scientific wonders that have been breaking loose in the news all year, though not as memorable as these two.
And, as a postscript, Jupiter-Uranus is the chief planet pair of extreme floods. This doesn't affect the U.S. at the moment, but it just struck Europe with the worst rains in a century, many dozens of deaths, buildings washed away entirely, over a thousand people missing. But that, of course, has nothing to do with the DC Capsolar.
