Nom that's YOUR Jupiter, not the Jupiter of the world. It's more likely to indicate that you'll be ungracious, ungenerous, etc. (Unless, of course, some other factor provides those traits.) It may mean that you feel you don't have opportunities, and you ingratitude turns to lack of generosity.

Yes, NYC is quite expensive. People generally need to find a great job there first. (National companies tend to pay a "location premium" pon top of their salary base if people take work in Manhattan.)
