According to press reports this shooting was called in at 10:45 am, 24 OCT 2014. Presumably within a minute or so after first shots were fired. The Sun, Moon, and Venus all in Libra, normally the constellation of peace and harmony. However in this case Mars is exactly conjunct the East Point the planet of aggression and 'gunshot=wounds' . This Event Chart demonstrates the potency of angular planets over non-angular ones.
