Question about Moon Jupiter in SSR

Throughout my very brief academic career, I've gone back and forth a little between deciding what I want to do, but I've finally decided that I want to be a Nurse/Nurse practioner. This year hopefully, I can get all of the essential classes that I need out of the way, and apply for advanced track nursing program that is offered by Texas A&M CC. What I was wondering is in September, I have a progressed aspect in my Solar Return, Moon/Jupiter, but it only comes into exactitude 2 months before my next SSR, probably a little sooner is the PSSR. Anywhoo, I know that this is probably an inside aspect, but I do haave some favorable aspects creating great syngery with this. Would this be a good time to persue my goals like getting admitted to a competitive program?

While that aspect is within one degree, it should be a really big deal.

Thank you so much for your input Jim, along with this Moon Jupiter secondary solar Aspect I have Uranus/Pluto playing tag with my natal moon next summer, I've read that Uranus/Moon transit is usually positive, but I've also read that Pluto/Moon is a begning influence that we usually percieve as negative. Either way, hoping for the Unexpected and Dramatic in regards to the natal lunar influences in my life. Thanks again
