Benifics and mitigation

Recently Venus in aries opposed my natal Saturn, this same day I learned of a horrible betrayal from a friend that has potential legal ramifications, I also had a Demi lunar with both Jupiter and Venus in the foreground partile square natal Saturn. Jupiter also goes stationary on April 8 over my natal Saturn. Since both Pluto and Uranus are both squaring my moon, could this be more symbolic of the betrayal, could Jupiter going stationary over my Saturn be symbolic of a maintenance of the status quo, basically I have not gained or won anything. I was also wondering, could Pluto aspecting natal moon take away from the kind of benific or happy little surprises indicated by Uranus over my natal moon.

SteveS wrote:Pluto transiting your Natal Moon is basically a two year transit and you probably will not be able to discern the effects of this major transit only with hindsight. For a tone of this transit, I highly recommend Jim’s insight found here:

The Pluto transit to Moon is enormously powerful; but so is the Uranus transit. These two are comparable. Neither is going to dominate over the other.

I would not, though, characterize Uranus to Moon simply as "happy little surprises." I do use the phrase "refreshing change" as one expression of it, but especially in combination with Pluto, it is going to be surprises, revelations, exposures, introductions, etc. etc. etc. that stun the sensibilities. This dual transit can be awesome - a time that reinvents you, that challenges and confronts an entire lifetime of psychological patterning, that turns you emotionally inside-out. Events that have this level of impact can be traumatic, they can be awesomely awakening - what they won't be is trivial; and they certainly won't leave much of your emotional landscape the same on the way through.

I've had both of these hit at about the same time, when I was fairly young - it was my introduction to astrology and so many other things - but having them hit exactly at the same time is much more powerful. As an adult, about a decade ago, I had Pluto square my Moon alone, and this utterly altered my emotional landscape, my relationship patterning, and much else in my psychological patterning, in ways that ultimately were sublimely good but didn't all feel good at the time.

So, though "betrayal" isn't either a Pluto work or a Uranus word, yes, they could represent the experience if the fundamental impact is to stun and startle you and challenge your basic psychological patterning. However, as Steve pointed out, Uranus-Pluto isn't going to limit itself to such a brief thing as this single event.

Venus to Saturn, of course, is perfectly descriptive for the day this hit, though this transit happens four times a year on average so it can't represent a large, significant event all by itself. The Demi-SLR is interesting, and I don't think it is a "zero-sum" sort of thing - the upcoming transit is probably an amelioration of certain things, circumstances that somehow "save" you, or soften a blow, or make things better than they would have been. The Demi-DLR... hard to comment on that without seeing it in the context of everything else (transits and other things in your chart), seeing the orbs and relative angularity of the planets, etc.; but these, if comparable close orbs and everything comparably foreground in the chart would tend to be Venus-Jupiter circumstances that stir up and address and interact with Saturn aspects in you - psychologically complicated stuff.

Thank you both for the info, nothing too bad or too exciting has happened, it's just a lot of mental tension, maybe this will all manifest in September which is 9th lunar return in a series of 9 which I will be making a post about in the SLR section. It's very odd, about the Venus/Saturn though, I kept hearing this person calling my name all day, I thought I was going crazy, and boom, I did some investigative digging, and poof there it was.
