My Britney Spears Moment

Well, two days ago, with the Moon exactly conjunct Saturn in Scorpio, I had a Britney Spears moment. I became depressed, and I cut off all my hair. I've had similar urges to do this throughout various times in my life. My psychiatrist said, "when an acute breakdown occurs, women cut off their hair and men kill themselves"; I know it sounds harsh, but it kind of make sense. Also, I had Neptune opposite my natal sun within 10 minutes of each other, right on the Nadir/Zenth of my SSR mean Q2. The following day, I caught a cold, and I am still suffering from it's effects today. I don't know how to explain it, usually, when I become depressed, I cry, moan, and complain until it passes, this time I just couldn't. I still cried, but I was fed up with the usual theatrics, which only left me feeling worse.

Well, at least you just caught a cold instead of going into rehab or whatever Brittney did. Much cheaper and over sooner.

I was reading something or other that said the new wisdom on depression is it's caused by an imbalance between Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. Apparently you need EPA as well as DHA or something. All still being studied, and might turn out not to be true, of course, but I'm seeing more work on inflammation being a cause of depression, and all Omega 3s are supposed to reduce inflammation. Might be worth looking for more information.

I think it's basically, eat more plants, and don't fry them.

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles Venus. I hope it will be over quickly.
Depression can indeed happen because of nutrient lack and I also know people who have been subjected to long term mycotoxin exposure can get very sick, both with neurological disorders as well as all kind of other body failures.

Omega 3 has been seen to help. It is found in fish, salmon is rich in omega 3 and it is also found in nuts.

And a bit more about nutrients

If it is possibly because of mould exposure:
