Example of an 'Outstanding Incident' SLR

My wife has been working hard on saving another old historical house scheduled to be torn down at the end of the year. Months ago, she applied for grant money from the state to move this old home to another location. She asked me when I thought she may receive a yes for the grant money. Below is her upcoming Sept SLR (inside wheel) & natal (outside wheel). Note SLR tight cnj SLR Asc partile cnj her n. Venus (once every 12-year Jupiter transit). Also t. Uranus partile 180 her n. Sun. I think this SLR may manifest her grant money, and/or could be her Auburn Tigers upsetting the National Champions (Clemson) on Sept 9. Will post the results.

Update: So far, no word from the State on possible grant money for my wife to save another old house to be condemned at end of year. This may manifest during her most benefic ‘outstanding incident’ Sept 5th SLR but my money will probably be on her top priority Auburn Tigers upsetting the National Champs (Clemson) to be played on Sept 9th. I will update after this game.

My friend just had a very nasty angered (outstanding incident) morning with the long standing girlfriend of one his business partners. Note tight angular Mars-Pluto, mundo scope reveals a Paran of Mars-Pluto. This is classic teachings from Jim's Return Chart discoveries.

My current Demi SLR (below) which began last Friday when I met with several women to discuss their multiple divorces with their Natal Charts. It was dynamically aspected and timed an ‘out of ordinary/outstanding incident’ in my life, relative to my immediate environment.
Note Sun partile cnj MC,
‘individual objectives’.
Note: Foreground Mercury partile 90 Moon, symbolizing an ‘outstanding incident’ relative to my immediate environment. Ebertin says for positive ‘Probable Manifestation’:
Exchange of thoughts with the female sex, the receiving of mental stimuli, the extension of one’s intellectual horizon.
Note the tight 90 with Venus-Mars. Today I was informed the ex of one of the women in the group meeting became angered with her showing me his Natal Chart.
Another very interesting note: North Node partile cnj my Natal Pluto. Ebertin says for positive manifestation:
The beginning of new associations which may possibly be important with regard to one’s future. Sociological Correspondence: Large groups of people, mass meetings. Karmic links. + Psychological Correspondence: contacts or associations with many people.
All of this actually began early last week. Tomorrow, I meet with another woman who wants to do me a facebook page promoting my free Sidereal Astrology classes. One of the women in the meeting last week mention about arranging a larger meeting in the future. Since all of this activity came in on the DSLR, it would not surprise me if all of this ‘out of ordinary’ meeting activity diminishes as fast as it started, when DSLR wears off. But, I will push on with my experiment for teaching free Sidereal Astrology classes.

Yes, tnat Sun on MC is quite impressive. - I'm even more impressed with Moon being closely angular (EP) and square the Mercury (and Mercury-Neptune) for this "sudden influx of women, flurry of communication," etc.
And your Uranus is rising, mundane square from the culminating Sun.

Very interesting, also note partile midpoint of Moon/Mercury=Uranus.

Yes, this 'outstanding incident' Demi--SLR swept me-up in whirlwind of 'out of ordinary' activity relative to my bored retired environment. This Demi-SLR certainly timed a major role for my experiment with possibly teaching free Sidereal Astrology classes. Also, this Demi SLR certainly timed the read from the Psychic when I asked her about her sight with me teaching free Sidereal Astrology classes where she said:
Things would develop fast. Like a match to gasoline. I would be overwhelmed.
This is exactly what happen to me last week with the group of women with multiple divorces. Where my experiment goes from this 'outstanding incident' SLR remains to be seen, only TIME knows.

Jim, give me a brief bottom line delineation for this ‘outstanding incident’ Venus-Jupiter SLR in the context of a possible big business deal manifesting for the native. The Natal Saturn on SLR Dsc seems to be saying the native reacts in a Saturn manner. His Natal Saturn is unaspected but features a Direct Midpoint of Venus/Caput=Saturn. He has been through 4 divorces in his life, but present marriage is running smoothly. The native tells me the main objective in his life is manifesting a positive business deal within the next 2 months. Thanks

I will be testing the above link chart in previous post this 'outstanding incident' SLR with Fagan's research work that partile 0,90,180 aspects of planets in a SLR (transits) to Natal Planets exert a strong influence for predictive work. SLR (transiting Saturn) is partile 90 his Natal Sun.
His current environment pertaining to his priorities:
Presently he is involved in a business partnership. He may enter into another business partnership which would present a conflict of interest to his present partnership. The only way he will be able to enter into the possible new business partnership is if bank approves a loan. If bank loan is approved and he enters into new partnership, I predict his partners (Majority) will fire him from his present job, separating (Sun-Saturn) from his job leaving him with no income, something he definitely has not planed to happen. Or, the bank loan is not approved--separating (Sun-Saturn) him from the potential new business partner, which he has happily been working with the last few months, leaving him sad/depressed (Sun-Saturn). The timing of this possible incident will occur between Ap 16 (time of 'outstanding incident SLR) and May 13.

Take notice of the double Moon-Uranus symbolism.

Yes, duly noted.
How do you read this Moon Uranus Arena with the 'outstanding incident' Venus-Jupiter-Natal Saturn on his SLR Horizon.

Sorry Steve, I didn't notice your question on this one.
My intuitive guess is that this LR has not much to do with business, but rather a thrilling emotional experience and I am not sure your friend will tell you about it - depends how willingly he shares intimate things with you
I get the feeling that this is about love matters rather than business, I don't know if it is his wife or a new woman that shows him interest or that he feels excited about. But Moon-Uranus is certainly something new, surprising and thrilling. And combined with the Venus-Jup symbolism AND the tr. Pluto/Mars squaring his natal Venus tells me it is about love matters (and maybe sex). The Sun-Saturn symbolism connected to the Venus-Jup probably means that he keeps himself grounded, he doesn't give in to an exciting temptation - or maybe he gives in for a moment to have an affair, but then decides not to pursue it any further...OR perhaps he gives into it and feels like he wants to separate from his wife.
He will be feeling a tremendous urge for freedom, both LR Sun and Moon have that Uranus symbolism for exciting times.
t. MOON aspecting t. URANUS
"Memorable... The native finds himself catapulted into experiences heretofore beyond his grasp or even knowledge. Things seem to happen with lightning-like suddenness, catching him unawares. He is thrown in with unusual people or enjoys adventures which open up to him entirely new worlds full of intrigue and enticements. His common reaction... is, 'Look what I've been missing all along!,' or, to a newfound companion, 'Where have you been all my life?" ...excitement and the urge to escape boredom... the native finds himself the object of truly different, vivifying experiences. The native learns new things which capture his fancy, and sheds caution and discretion, for he discovers the bliss of freedom from convention and a meat-and-potatoes kind of existence."
PLUTO aspecting Natal VENUS
Your relationships and attitudes toward relating are undergoing substantial change. Often this takes form in separations from old friends, partners, family, etc.; or sudden forming of new relationships. Figuratively, this is divorce, elopement - or both at once! Whether in bonding or separation, your need for love is great. Contacts must be intense to be satisfying. Sexual needs may change markedly. Existing relationships that you keep (as well as your wardrobe and sense of aesthetics) are certain to go through considerable reformation.
IN BRIEF: Transformation of close relationships. Forming dramatic, important, intimate pairings; terminating existing ones; and/or major changes in existing ones. Emotional tension, intensity of feeling. Shift in esthetics.
His SLR has Uranus right between the Sun and Moon, this is what Ebertin says this about combo:
The urge for freedom, the urge to act independently, lack of adaptability, inner rebellion. -Sudden events in friendship, marriage, parental home, shared upsets, sudden conflicts, separation of the partners.
Again, my intuition tells me this SLR is not about business matters. But I guess you will know very soon since this SLR is coming to an end.

Arena, I have not heard from my friend in the last couple of weeks. This usually means things are not going his way, business wise. The last I heard from him was the bank load was not approved, but a new businesses partner was entering his life which had him very excited. Also, he has been spending a-lot of time with his first new grand daughter who was born in early March. Will update when I hear more details.
