August 28, 1988, 3:44 PM CEDT, Ramstein AFB, Palatinate, West Germany 49N26'18", 7E36'13"
Two aircraft collided during an air show in front of 300,000 spectators, killing three pilots and 67 spectators. Another 346 spectators suffered serious injuries from the explosion and fire. When it occurred, this was the deadliest air show accident in history, a title it held for 21 years.
The Capsolar is excellent. The Bridge zeroes in on the time. The Caplunar is adequate if not exacting. The daily timing is just missing what it needs, though Mars' transit to the Cansolar angles does zero in on the day.
