You can see that my SSR this year also brings Uranus to the SSR IC - and it is in opp to natal Uranus which comes to the MC. Well, I moved houses in end of August - so it did not take long after my birthday to kick in.
By using natal birth chart instead of my relocated, the Uranus on IC becomes partile.

I suspect you are stating the relocated IC in your example above. Could you also compare to your natal IC?

When I had to take care of my ailing (in many ways) Mother for 3 years before she passed away in the “Home” I grew up in, t-Neptune was off and on partile cnj my Natal IC with a couple of Stations.
