Avy's Solar Return 2017

In this other thread: http://solunars.com/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=1726

Jim mentions a wedding moment, and JSAD says angular Venus is a happy, productive and prosperous time.

As of my birthday, I have noticed a significant uptick in offers of sex from strangers.

When I do my SSR (I don't know if I'm doing it right), I don't see the Venus Pluto square (I see Venus and Pluto angular, about 6 degrees from a square). But I do see a t. Venus/t. Mars conjunction squaring a t. Saturn and r. Pluto.

That doesn't sound too good.

The Venus-Pluto Square is a mundane aspect - you need the mundoscope. I'm on the road or I'd post it.

I missed the other Venus aspects. How close are they? If close, it probably does include separation in addition to the rest.

Or lots of rough, damaging sex :)

Here's the chart I pulled.

Venus-Mars: 2 degrees, Saturn, squares them 1 degree away from each.

Rough BDSM sex sounds much more consistent with current reality.

This leads me to another question. If one sees an unfortunate energy in one's chart, does doing something like dramatizing/role-playing to express that specific negative energy offer any kind of protective effect from experiencing it more destructively? E.g., if a chart hints at "disfigurement" does getting oneself consensually beaten up help avoid getting beat up by a mugger?

I'll be glad to hear it if 2017/2018 isn't the year I experience a disfiguring accident/attack, have my darkest secrets aired by a spurned lover, and lose my job

I'll let you know when I get home. I took this trip under TWO Moon-Mars progressions PLUS Mars transiting my Moon, while Saturn ALSO transits my Moon, and SSR Moon square Saturn also before I get home. But then I also have Jupiter square SSR MC as of tomorrow morning.

We planned well for the trip. I identified a scrape that was infected and got on serious antibiotics before leaving. We're prepares for extreme weather so have weathered the worst day well. Preparation can matter. So far, the worst effect has been normal secondary effects of the antibiotics plus the expected minor hardships of car-camping.

So, if I make it home OK and live another week, your answer is yes :)

But this is a favor for me that I wouldn't otherwise have known I wanted if you hadn't previously provided me with valuable information during your vacation as a favor to me!!!

(Thank you for all your answers, and I'm rooting for you!)

The mundoscope for your SR for Seattle shows
Mars 85° 48' (4° 12 before IC)
Pluto 88° 08 (before the Dsc)
Venus 89° 12 (0° 58 before IC)

Nothing else close to an angle.

Saturn is 71° 21 before the Dsc

eta: Campanus houses offer a clearer picture than Placidus in ecliptic charts.

Huh. Not that much difference. Neither Sat nor Nep is close to an angle, so don't read into this they're especially close. This just shows neither is near an angle.

Nep 71°50' in relation to MC
Sat 72°01' in relation to Dsc

Mar 86°31' in relation to IC
Plu 89°32' in relation to Dsc
Ven 89°46' in relation to IC

The big difference for Portland is that Venus and Pluto are partile on the angles.
