What signs and planets would contribute to being a space cadet or being lost as sea. I personally zone out and get off topic very eaisly probably as much as I argue.

Maybe:
Neptune
Pisces
Uranus (?)

I had often thought that those traits that I see in others was not do to any real depth but a lack of heart and Will. I look at their Venus and see where their desires are and at Mars to see where the drive is.

the human mind is an organ that need to relax and stretch, in everyone. thats dreamy
lost at sea and lost of focus are completely different.

I don't think of any SIgn that way.

Capricorn Mars square Scorpio Venus. Possibly unaspected Neptune in my watery Capricorn.

Going by the exact way you describe it (to try to get a tone of how strong this is etc.), and because it sounds like you regard this as a problem (not just idle mind-wandering that everybody does), it sounds like the a short attention span.

I would expect, from your chart, that you have the ability to concentrate and focus when you need to - e.g., your Moon-Saturn trine. I don't now how easy this is for you vs. whether it takes effort. If there is attention-deficiency strong enough to be a problem for you, then it can come from several places. These problem are much more common in recent decades than in the past, with experts arguing about whether diet, cultural conditions, or other factors are the cause. From these, you would be more like most other people your age. Trauma or long-term abuse (dealing with PTSD) also causes this.

But for astrological factors on why you might have a shorter attention span, or a mind wandering hither and yon more than most people, I see at least a couple of things. First, you're a Sagittarius - a Spoke Sun (or, as traditionally called, mutable). Spoke have the most wandering minds and wide interests, shooting out in every direction, the mind jumping around to many different subjects, and overall subject to distraction. Second, you have an angular Mercury (though we may be unclear on exactly how angular it is, depending on your exact birth time. Given other things, Mercury (normally alert, attentive, and observant) can be subject to distraction, e.g., with a close Mars aspect.

We also haven't discussed whether / how much you use one or another drug. Angular Mercury, Mercury in a Mars constellation, and a close Mercury-Mars aspect are among the factors most common for alcoholics and others with heavy substance-use patterns. (It's by no means the only way for Mercury-Mars emphases to work out, but it's one way, and would contribute to dreamy distractibility.)

I come and go in and out. I like being able to do this, however it's less typical sagittal nature than in piscean. I have when I go in to this sea almost a disassocation with reality. I find ideas here that aren't earthly or typical Saggitarius philosophy. I find it calming like turning off all the white fuzz that is the world around me, here I can almost transcend to a different state of being, that is not that I'm better or higher than every thing else, im just in a different place. I can come back to earth with ease Jim.

It's not like wondering or not being able to focus it's more like leaving and not wanting to come back.

What planets or "signs" cover asking a question and then telling the person who answers it how they got it all wrong and can't understand you? Thanks for the laugh this morning Kid.

Wondering or not being able to focus is more typically Piscean. And if you meant "wandering" that's a core concept for Pisces. Leaving and not wanting to come back is more typically Sagittarian.

Ok thanks. I do apologize. It was introspection but clearly I was wrong and zoning out. I think I'm looking for planets not a sign. I have only a Pisces IC and Neptune is completely unaspected.

"creative, imaginative, intuitive, very strong psychic ability that is either very spiritual or very misdirected."

These suggested traits coming from unaspected Neptune fit me well, are there these traits in other planets and aspects?

Note the psychic things I have experienced have mostly been in dreams.

An example of the irrelevance of the IC sign: When the Gauquelin character trait data was processed against Sidereal signs, there were statistically relevant findings for Asc and MC signs, but they were very weak - not a strong contributor. Anyway, we do have some findings on Pisces on IC or, as it's usually called, Virgo on MC.

Two of the traits that were absent to a statistically significant degree were "imaginative" and "dreamer." Given the frequent occurrence of the trait "methodical," these are all more credibly an interpretation of Virgo on MC than of Pisces on IC.

Being day-dreamy and unfocused is a normal stage in human development. It usually happens in younger teens than at your age.
But! abuse and neglect often derail normal development. One of the ways that gets corrected, either by choice though therapy, or simply by the body and mind adjusting back toward normal is the development occurs later than usual. So if that dreamy stage was short-circuited at 12-14, it might occur at 18 -20 instead.

So, you have an unaspected Neptune and are experiencing psychic incidents while dreaming when your unconscious mind is more likely to be able to express itself, is that right?
Um.. seems like a pretty obvious conclusion available there. Jim? What do you think?

Your Neptune is also conjunct the South Node which is supposed to mean something or other. I don't hold much truck with South Nodes, but other people do.

From fying around in bathtubs to dreaming stuff that comes true to reccouring nightmares that are actually my mind preparing for events to come.

I get nightmares about things that could happen, and what I would do. You can try stuff out while you're dreaming and see what could go wrong and fix it. How do you get out of a burning house with two cats whose instinct is to hide? People who might be out to hurt you you put away your first impressions, but you see them as evil or threatening in your dreams.
I actually think that's kind of normal even if it's not common.
I have worked on lucid dreaming, which is just self-defense when you have nightmares. I would take that bathtub and go to to Miami or something.

I flew through a concrete wall and then flew through the sky to get to a friend's house I believe. Not typical of a 6 year old kid to being dreaming about floating in the middle of the room getting their heart cut out alive whilst they are conscious I believe. I think that Neptune is scary in the fact I can't measure it's strength, I'm also high on the empath part of the emotional quotient which probably stems from Neptune.

I feel like Capricorn describes me but my nature (although I argue) is more Neptunial than Martial. I need to outlet the Neptune energy or else it interferes with parts of my life that I don't need any extra interference in.
