I can't say I'm one of those queen bee guys. She's got a good voice (she isn't a Joplin or a Franklin no offense), she's showy "fierce", powerful in many respects. I see her Leo Sun in almost every aspect.

However I just watched formation and ive noticed something that I've been giving about her for years in the video. She's "witchy" not like a crone, more like a French quarter hoodoo cursing with the help of the dead, kind of vibe. Not saying that we can associate that with a specfic aspect or sign, just hoping there will be something that pops up in her chart.

It's rather Libra, actually - like her Moon. (And of course, someone that beautiful in a "make the world go wow" way - appearance and energy - fits Leo-Libra rather splendidly.)

That 10 AM birth time is not definitive, but is the best we have. It originally was found on IMDB, of all places - that site doesn't usually post such things, so that really means that some unknown person, using some unknown source, said this was the time. Then an astrologer came along and said she'd done Bey's chart a while back and she had Tropical Libra rising, which this chart has.

It's probably right. Just sayin', though, that it's not the most definitive data. Come to think of it, Venus-Pluto that close is an astrological synonym for the phrase, "Destiny's Child."

So she's a Leo-Libra with Venus rising within 0°02' of Ascendant, 0°01' from Pluto which is 0°01' from Ascendant!! This increases my confidence in the chart because an astrologer that would have made this up to get some unjustified personal cred wouldn't likely have known how to make that calculation. And that precise angularity (if the even-hour can be trusted) is consistent with this 1 in a million for fame and adoration public figure. It's not a bad looking chart for her.

Jay-Z's chart doesn't place any planets exactly on her angles to confirm or deny this, so let's go with it for now.

Venus Conjunct Pluto (0°01' in mundo)

Halfway measures are not enough; in human connection, the feeling is, “go cosmic, or go home.” Those expressing the ALL mode seek deep, penetrating connections (sometimes overwhelming intimates, sometimes inadvertently challenging social codes). Mars in Cancer
Inner strength (prodigious imagination & fantasy) usually holds private demons at bay; but clings to old wounds (angry, acting out, selfish, retaliatory from old mistreatment). Breeds confidence, makes things happen. Loyal, speaks truth to power; but wants a chance to lead. Magnetic (passionate following?). Wants adoration sexually (otherwise it’s business-like).

Virgo Stellium
VIRGO IS strategic, tactical, analytical, logical, scrutinizing. Encyclopedic knowledge. Favors trees over forest. Innocent air (modesty). Courageous in word & deed. Service-minded, conscientious, efficient. Active toward social progress.

I actually don't believe that 10 am is exact myself. I just didn't say so. I only seem to say the stupid things that come to my mind.

However I do agree that Libra is witchy and I think her Virgo energy adds to that vibe a little bit [However more analytical less aesthetic]. Her angular planets make much sense for her public image as do her luminaries.

However weither it be my Pluto-Mercury, Scorpio angular Mercury or whatever I do not trust she is the same in public as in private, I see something more sneaky. With my Mars placement my intuition for those kinds of folk aren't frequently incorrect (yes I'm completely suggesting that in the wizarding world bey is a slytherin).
