My mom has had a rough life. She is the poster child for drugs, alcohol, teen pregnancy- all before there was one to look at. Encouraged by her parents (literally handed the stuff). I grew up in less than kosher circumstances because of her addiction and past, however I'm not mad or resentful at all. We have a very close connection (past mother and son) in that we vibe, both very spritual, very dark, and rebels in our own manors. [I note a reccouring connection with Aquarius, two now have both been born on February 16th and are both Aquarius in tropical and sidereal systems].

She would have been much more open and wild in her rebellion as mine is more inward and shrouded.

Yes, this is a rebel's chart in the specific sense of someone freedom-loving, needing to be free of leash with: Aquarius Sun and Scorpio Moon. (Tip of the hat to Veronica as I mention her Sun-Moon.) Add Moon semi-square Pluto 0°28', Sun trine Pluto 1°14', and and Mars semi-square Uranus 0°20' as cappers.

Additionally, a close Mars-Saturn conjunction shows a life of struggle. (It could be many different kinds of struggle, including struggling for rather than against - but, regardless, she was going to pick the hard road through life.

The other main point is Venus closely square Saturn and Pluto. You can look up the fine points, but the gist is especially hardship in love.

There is also a substance abuse / addiction tendency with Mars in Virgo and Moon in Scorpio (alcoholism and most other substance abuse is a Mercury-Mars affliction, shown by such things as a luminary in a Mercury or Mars sign, Mercury-Mars aspects, or Mercury or Mars in the other's sign: the more "points," the more the vulnerability).

Her afflictions would have been expected to have a severe impact on you if your 6:52 time is correct, since her three malefics - Neptune, Mars, Saturn - all pile up ono your angles. Her Sun squares your Venus, so there is love-friendship. Most importantly, though, her 16°52' Scorpio Moon exactly conjoins your Pluto and closely squares your Moon.

Everything matches up in her chart. I think our synstray is really cool. I guess part of the reason why I forgive her is because of all the darkness in her and she still came out on top. I can't blame her for what she's done in proportion to what's she's been through.
