Under the title "Who Invented the Typewriter" in the March, 1975 issue of American Astrology, Tropical astrologer Hilda Clark Fairchild wrote a short piece in Christopher Latham Shales, born February 14, 1819, hour unknown, in Mooresburg, PA.
His Sun was in Aquarius in either zodiac and, indeed, a main theme of the article is that this was an Aquarian inventor. What caught my eye, though, is that his Moon was in Tropical Libra; that is, at noon on the day he was born, Moon's Sidereal longitude was 24 Virgo!
This is rather perfect, eh? Manilius credited Virgos with knowing shorthand, and a Virgo Moon actually invented the typewriter. (There are several interesting aspect structures in the chart, and quite a few interesting biographical details.)
