Trump Putin Synastry

Thanks, I was just looking at this last night, especially the synastry with Trump.

The natal is fascinating, especially the Sun-sign and angular planets; but it's the synastry that held my attention. Primarily we have Putin's Saturn and Uranus on Trump's Jupiter. There's no way Trump will come out ahead against him. Put, at best, wont contribute to Trump's wealth or positive reputation. More likely, he'll hurt them both.

Generally in synastry I find no need to look at trines and sextiles, though there are sign-relationships of particular planet pairs that are meaningful. With this in mind, I find I can't stop thinking about the 0°21' trine between their Marses. I'm not entirely sure what this means. The two Marses being in trine signs would suggest an ability to blend energies and be more effective together than apart; and the aspect certainly is a way bigger deal than not. I think... it means they can't shake some instinctive connection (in the "I can't quit you" sense but without the original specific meaning).

But, of course, Putin's Mars also aspects Trump's Moon and Sun. P does not have T's best interests at heart (in case we didn't already know that). And P's Mercury exactly square's T's Saturn (and, a little more widely, his Venus): They'll never fully communicate, but they'll put on a good show of it.

LOL. Yes, Virgo Sun does tend to have an air of innocence.

Mercury-Neptune, though, is usually going to be a dishonest person (or at least one that doesn't have the same sense of what facts mean as the rest of the world).
