Another Dormancy Question

I have a friend with a Solar Return, she does not want her personal information or SSRs to be shared because she's kind of paranoid with her personal information, which is not unreasonable. Anyhow, this friend has an SSR this year with a lot of close to partile aspects (especially the solar moon), but there is not a single planet in the foreground, even natal planets are absent. A lot of the solar planets are either clustered around her natal moon or clustered around areas opposite her natal moon. What could this be indicative as far as manifestation is concerned? Lost potential? Squandered opportunities?

What dynamic aspects inside 5 degrees of orb does the solar Moon have with the s. planets?
And look for the same with the natal planets.

Yes. In theory, it is quite possible for a solar return to have nothing to say, though that's usually not the case. If you could provide the birth data, we could check for sure, but I understand that you cannot.

If neither natal nor SSR planets are foreground, and Moon makes no hard aspects, then the only remaining factor is usually partile aspects of SSR planets to natal planets.

She actually has Solar Moon Conjunct a Solar Venus square her natal sun. Her natal moon is also conjunct her solar Venus, but as I stated before, no foreground planets.
