During high winds from nearby thunderstorms, an amphibious craft ("duck boat") sank in Table Rock Lake. The time is for the first 911 call saying the boat had capsized. Death toll stabilized at 17 (ages from 1 to 70). Nine deaths were from the same family. The 911 call came in as Moon neared MC (opposite Uranus on IC) and Saturn had just passed Asc for the locale. - This, of course, occurred in that part of the country where the Capsolar Moon-Mercury-Saturn is angular.
