It's a joke. It's hard to think why anyone would want to defend her honer, considering she is a repulsive person who unironically described lies as "alternative facts".

Nobody's defending her in any way.
The question is why you think making nasty comments about a woman's looks, especially an older woman, is any kind of joke.
