This is in part stemming from Joves post about Pluto and Sagittarius. Jove is the third argument I have seen for a coruler of this sign.

Ancients (Summer and Mesopotamia) had Sagittarius envolved with Mars and the Sun.
Jove (and I'm sure others) had Sagittarius envolved with Pluto.
And Fagan I believe it was noted Uranus being exalted in Sagittarius.

If we look at this we argue that Mars and Uranus belong to scorpio the sign before Sagittarius (some argue Pluto goes here as well). We also see Mars exalted in the sign after Sagittarius. The we see Mars, Sun, and Pluto having strength in the sign of Aries.

So where are all these people coming from? Overall between these four planets I can only say that I see some level of violence/aggression/dominance (Pluto doesn't fit this but I can see how it could be manipulated to fit).

I'm just curious what planet would/could co-rule this sign if one had to be picked and why. Perhaps Jim can figure this out (I am confused about this purely because I agree that there is something missing, not in Jim's Sagittarius traits [other than its really really kind to Sagittarius lol] but perhaps something that osnt added by Jupiter to.the sign).

I could even see how Venus could be argued as Sagittarius love for comfort (?perhaps to that they may want maximum results with minimal action?). Although maybe this is just madness as well... thoughts?

You're trying to suss this out by feelings and what you think the planets mean.

The Exaltations come from a chart carved on the ceiling of the Temple of Dendera in Egypt.

By Jove wants everything symmetrical and lined up neatly and in balance. He's looking for a schema. It's very important to him, which is why he keeps bringing it up.

Oh, and this is the schema of the rulerships, which is symmetrical and balanced and yes, doesn't include the three outer planets because they can't be seen by the naked eye.
