New job offer!

I just got and accepted (verbally) an offer for a new job! FINALLY!
This is doing software engineering, which a few of you may know I've been trying to break into for the past year.
I expected a pay cut since I'm changing fields, and this would be my first job in the new field, but they actually offered me more than I'm making currently - much more than I asked for.
Spoiler alert: I think this is most closely shown by two sets of Jupiter transits and two sets of Jupiter/Uranus-related progressions, but let's take a look:
For the sake of space, I'll just mention that my current SSR (about to expire) has t. Uranus 5*48' below Dsc, square t. Moon 1*39' in mundo.
I've been sort of waiting for the whole year for it to show up externally. If anything, I experienced transiting Uranus mostly as an inner urge to break free. Perhaps that's shown by that mundane square to solar Moon. In any case, I think this whole event is the last gasp of this SSR finally bearing Uranus fruit.
November 27th 2018, 11:17am, Secaucus, NJ - Initial call from the recruiter that set this all in motion.
The active SLR was for Nov 5 2018 (cast for Hackensack NJ):
r. Mars on IC +1*24'
t. Jupiter on IC -1*47'
---r. Mars and t. Jupiter midpoint 0*23' from IC? I don't know what that means, but others around here seem to care about these!
---t. Jupiter 0 r. Mars 3*09' in longitude, 3*11' in mundo
t. Mercury on IC +4*15'
---t. Mercury 0 r. Mars 2*51' in mundo
t. Neptune on Dsc +7*45'
---t. Mercury 90 t. Neptune 3*30' PVP
t. Saturn 0 r. Uranus 0*12'
t. Jupiter 45 r. Saturn 0*26'
t. Jupiter and t. Mercury fit this quite well. r. Mars on IC is just like in my natal chart; not much to note there. I've generally been putting in a lot of work in matters close to home.
And the demi was for Nov 19 2018:
t. Saturn on Asc -0*12'
r. Uranus on Asc -0*22'
r. Jupiter on Dsc +0*29'
---t. Saturn 180 r. Jupiter 0*26' in longitude, more in mundo
---t. Saturn 0 r. Uranus 0*10' in mundo, over 1* in longitude
t. Uranus on IC -1*42'
---t. Saturn 90 t. Uranus 1*30' PVP
---t. Uranus 90 r. Uranus 1*20' PVP
r. Neptune on Asc +3*33'
r. Sun on Asc -5*30'
---t. Uranus 90 r. Sun 3*48' PVP
r. Saturn on Asc +5*57'
And some other very minor stuff, including t. Pluto barely on Asc and t. Venus barely on MC.
t. Sun 45 r. Moon 0*05'
t. Mars 90 r. Mars 0*09'
t. Jupiter 0 r. Mars 0*01' (this was when I finally felt my energy, long-depleted, coming back!)
This demi is complex, suggesting t. Saturn mostly getting in the way of my natal Jupiter-Uranus opposition attempting to operate. My interview at the company, although it apparently went quite well, was perceived by me as kind of harsh and impersonal. My current job has also generally been frustrating and I've had low energy, though I can't say the amount of work has been that high, despite how close Saturn is to Asc. I think this Saturn transit to Jupiter has manifested as slow gains through hard work. It appears to be on its way out, so perhaps this is how it's finally manifesting for me. Natal Neptune shows the more hypersensitive and reactive state of mind I've slipped into over the course of the month, perhaps reinforcing the theme of r. Mars on IC in the original SLR. I think natal Sun is pretty obvious for its importance here, though apparently not the main focus of the chart.
To be fair, I didn't get the offer during this demi or the first SLR, but I am kind of surprised that I had success at all with this much Saturn and Neptune in the fray.
Transits for November 27th:
t. Moon 180 r. Venus 0*54'
t. Sun 45 r. Mercury 0*58'
t. Mercury 45 r. Mercury 0*16'
t. Jupiter 45 r. Mercury 0*07'
t. Pluto 0 r. Mercury 0*10' (this has been going on for a full year already)
t. Saturn 180 r. Jupiter 0*23' (this has also been going in and out of orb, and is on its way out)
t. Mars 90 r. MC 0*24'
t. Uranus 135 s. Mercury 0*58'
t. Neptune 90 s. Mercury 0*25' (this has been increasingly annoying; it's hard to focus on concrete stuff over my urge to just be creative and delve into fantasy)
t. Venus 45 s. Mercury 0*39'
t. Venus 135 s. Neptune 0*53'
t. Jupiter 45 s. Pluto 0*49'
SQ doesn't add anything.
Progs (including transits to progs):
t. Uranus 90 s.p. Sun 0*08'
t. Neptune 45 s.p. Sun 0*25'
s.p. MC 0 r. Jupiter 0*09'
s.p. Asc 90 r. Uranus 0*48'
s.p. Uranus 0 s.p. IC 0*01'
And some broader context:
s.p. Jupiter 135 s.p. Pluto 0*27'
s.p. Sun 0 s.p. Venus 0*12'
s.p. Saturn 60 s.p. Pluto 0*14'
This call came during a set of transits that heavily centered around boosting Mercury, plus a lot of energy and I guess competitive edge/confidence from those Mars transits (and Jupiter to Mars in the demi). Jupiter's octile to solar Pluto is foreshadowing me eventually leaving; this was the beginning of that. The more minor Mercury and Venus transits show pleasant exchanges with my recruiter. My progressions generally show evolution and revolution within the psyche with Uranus to s.p. Sun and various combinations of progressed Uranus and angles, plus more Jupiter aspiration, luck, and generally being my best self. That Neptune octile to progressed Sun is just... confusion!
