An earthquake with magnitude 4.5 occurred near Arcadia, OK at 18:10:24.10 UTC on Dec 7, 2013

There've been 63 earthquakes in Oklahoma in the last month. I don't know if that's unusal.
The last three, all today, were:

Epicenter Near Magnitude Distance to Epicenter Local Time
4 mi E of The Village, Oklahoma 3.1 7 mi Sat, 2013-12-07 17:58:19
4 mi SE of Edmond, Oklahoma 2.8 11 mi Sat, 2013-12-07 13:26:29
7 mi ENE of Edmond, Oklahoma 4.5 17 mi Sat, 2013-12-07 12:10:23

It's been just about two years since the 5.6 magnitude quake they had two years ago, which has been linked to injection wells.

The solar ingresses have little to say other than in the broadest sense. Like much of the country, Oklahoma had Venus-Pluto setting in the Capsolar. The rest of the solar ingress layers really contributed nothing.

This was a minor event, all things considered, and there was not much of an astrological build=-up. But, once the month kicked in, we things start to move - beginning with the Caplunar one day earlier.

Month: Caplunar
Saturn square MC 1°56'

Day: Capsolar Transits & Quotidian
Transiting Uranus square Capsolar Ascendant 0°01'.
Transiting Pluto still just within 2° orb of Descendant.

CapQ MC square i. Saturn 0°47'
CanQ Asc sq. i. Neptune 0°06', op. t. Mercury 1°05'

Day: Cansolar Quotidian
CanQ Ascendant op. i. Uranus 0°57', sq. i. Mercury 0°24'

Hour: Event Chart
Neptune was a few degrees below the Ascendant, squared by Mercury.

This has a concentration of Saturn and Uranus influences of the classic shakeup earthquake, and Neptune at the time of the quake means the main effect was to freak out people just a bit; but the timing of this (for Oklahoma) unusual event is very precise in the lunar and daily charts.
