Playing the Lottery

I've never played the lotto before and I'm not even sure how to go about it, you know, which ones there are to participate in, but the symbolism in my current SLR and in upcoming transits tells me that taking a gamble might prove positive, and having Jupiter so angular in my natal doesn't hurt my odds either. In my current SLR I've got a partile and concurrently angular conjunction between Mercury and Jupiter, while also having my natal Moon-Jupiter opposition on the SLR angles. And in a few days Jupiter will oppose my natal Moon and conjunct natal Jupiter, and together I think this is all overwhelmingly lucky. (I could wait until transiting Jupiter more exactly oppposes my ASC, but maybe an exact opposition to my moon would be a bit luckier?). I've never considered myself lucky in anything other than love, but who knows! This would also be a good test of astrology I think. What do you guys think? Is this a good idea?

If it's relatively cheap to play, why not! Definitely let us know what the results are.

Saturn will also be squaring my Venus around the time I plan on making a gamble (probably Monday the 7th), I totally forgot about this.

Bought my first lottery tickets ever tonight at around 7pm! At the time, Jupiter was opposing my Moon at 0°09' and conjoining my natal Jupiter at 0°40'. I got carded at the register even though I'm 23 years old!
