Ivan the Terrible crowned first Tzar

On January 16, 1547, the man who came to be known as Ivan the Terrible (already Grand Prince of Moscow) was crowned as the first Tzar of Russia, a single ruler unifying many existing factions. I believe this occurred in Moscow. Absente a time, I have used noon.
