January 8, 1962, about 9:20 AM, 52N06'17" 4E57'23"

Netherlands' worst train accident. On a foggy day, which possibly confounded visual light signals, two trains collided shortly before 9:20 AM near Harmelen, Netherlands. 93 people (including both train drivers) died of the approximately 500 people on the two trains. (For the fog, I suspect Neptune in the "weather chart" Caplunar - especially squared by Jupiter - gets credit for.)
