Equinox & Solstice charts

I've said many times over many decades that, in principle, I regard equinox and solstice charts as valid mundane techniques, though I don't seem them performing as reliably as Sidereal ingresses. Equinox and solstice maps are "Tropical ingresses" of Sun, but they aren't necessarily linked to a zodiac. They're distinct astronomical phenomena on their own.
I thought I should have something online to which I can direct people as an example of the level to which these do (and don't) perform.
Tropical theorists have held varying opinions on which of these charts are important for events. Some hold that there is a master "ingress" of the years, others hold that the quarters are equal. All of them, though, admit that the quarters are valid for their particular quarter. Therefore, that's what I'll study here: the immediate quarter. For comparison, remember that Sidereal quarter charts are effective ("more descriptive of the event than not") about 89% of the time.
