FWIW,
I have been doing some research with Clay’s methodology for Tertiary Progressions and noted this Boyd Q1 Tert for 9/11, 8:46 AM birth place (Philadelphia) for the Boyd Chart. It is a striking chart with par-excellent angular symbolism.

1:Moon-Saturn Paran
2:Saturn partile cnj Dsc, partile 90 Mars, with Mars partile cnj Zenith for the destructive ‘outstanding incident.’
3:t. Sun partile 180 Moon symbolizing the event, with t. Sun as the par-excellent Chronological timepiece.

Clay writes from the Oct 1991 issue of American Astrology, “Astrology for the 90’s”, article on ‘More Math for Progressive Thinkers:’

(Incidentally, although many of Lyndoe’s articles in American Astrology centered on tertiaries, he never discovered their outstanding feature: their sensitivity to exact transits.)

The above Tert is great example of a transit 'sensitizing' and exciting the exact day for the event of 9/11/2001.

Note in link below, t. Sun partile cnj Tert IC, and partile 180 Tert Moon, and forming a transiting Paran with Tert Moon & Tert Saturn. I suspect on the rare occasion when our Tert Planets fall partile cnj a Tert Angle and receive an exact 0,90,180 or Paran from a transiting Planet, a significant incident/event is happening in our lives.
