With 2nd Govt Shutdown looming for 15Feb2019 Trump's Solar Quotidian
having Solar Mercury/MC opp. Solar Saturn/!C (exact!) and Natal Mercury
hovering near the SQ MC. Symbolizes a losing proposition for the dictator.
Adding to bizarre confusion is Neptune conj. ASC !

let me know if this OneDrive JPEG file is correctly pasted here.
Great chart.
To answer your question (thanks for asking), you attached the chart instead of referencing it, so it's not displaying from your OneDrive, it's stored on the site data base. To reference it from OneDrive, right click on the file on the OneDrive web interface and select Embed. In the pop-out panel, click Generate, then copy the resulting generating code into your post inside of
url and
/url tags.

Thanks.
I made a mistake when I said url tags, I meant img tags.
I put your link inside of the appropriate tags, confirmed the image was pulling through, then deleted the attachment. Take a look at the code for your post now to see what I did.
Again, thanks for keeping on top of this.

Yes, great observational chart Starage. Ebertin offers a tone for Mercury/Saturn=Neptune which is obviously the potent angular theme for this chart.
A state of depression, distrust, emotional inhibitions, plans without any prospect of realization.
