July 13, 1985, 7:02 PM, Wembley Stadium, London, UK (51N33'20", 0W16'47")

The 1985 Live Aid benefit concert is one of the most epochal music events of history, perhaps second only to Woodstock and - in quite different ways - almost as much of a cultural landmark. You can easily find on-line discussions if you're not familiar with it. Queen's climactic performance was recently reproduced with great faithfulness in the movie Bohemian Rhapsody, and YouTube has links to the actual (not re-enacted) full Queen performance from the concert.

A companion concert was held in Philadelphia, paired with this. Inspired spin-off concerts were simultaneously held in seven other countries. It was easily the biggest day of concert music in the history of the world, broadcast live to two billion people in 150 countries (about 40% of all the people in the world).

Queen's live performance ran from 6:41 PM to 7:02 PM and was the climax. Queen began as Uranus rose and ended as Sun and Mars crossed angles together. Look at the Capsolar for a mark of the enormous joy and world-reach charitable funding benefit that occurred in that location as the chief event of the year; then don;t miss the 0°01' angularity of Jupiter in tine Arisolar for that exact spot on earth. Sun was only 0°03' from MC (practically marking the square mile where this occurred) in the Caplunar. And there is Jupiter Jupiter Jupiter all over most charts.

In case there is any doubt if this climax was the event all the charts are describing, CapQ angles are identical to those for the last minute of Queen's act, the Ascendants being only 0°13' apart. At the minute the performance finished, transiting Venus was square Cansolar Moon 0°00'.

This is one of the great hallmark events of Sidereal Mundane Astrology.

Outstanding, a concert I would for sure attended if I could find a time machine.

The American half of the concert, in Philadelphia at John F. Kennedy Stadium, was another musical wonder but with much more conflict and controversy. The charts reflect the struggles and division, and you may want to run the charts on your own. They are laced with a great deal of Saturn and Uranus, which describes the conflict and even acrimony. The first performance began at 8:51 AM EDT; the venue is at 39N54, 75W10.
