Discovered alive: July 2, 2018, 4:02 PM, Tham Luang Nang Non cave, Thailand (22N22'54" 99E52'06")

Twelve members of a football (soccer) team (ages 11-16) and their assistant were trapped in Tham Luang Nang Non cave near Pong Pha, Thailand June 23 after "heavy rains partially flooded the cave, trapping the group inside." It was impossible for rescue workers to establish contact with them for over a week. Diverse eventually discovered them alive on July 2, 10 PM, according to one source, but I think this is wrong: BBC reported "jubilation at the cave entrance" when the divers returned to communicate their success, in a news report 10:02 AM, apparently BST, which would be 4:02 PM in Thailand; and JSAD reported a breaking news report at 4:14 PM, so I think 4:02 PM local time is when the divers emerged. (Their discovery would have been at least several minutes earlier, certainly 15 minutes and perhaps half an hour or more, I'm guessing.)

An approaching monsoon accelerated the need to get them out quickly. All eventually were extricated over three days, July 8-10, though one diver (a former Thai Navy SEAL) died during the effort (July 5, 8:37 PM).
Wikipedia wrote:The rescue effort involved more than 10,000 people, including over 100 divers, many rescue workers, representatives from about 100 governmental agencies, 900 police officers and 2,000 soldiers, and required ten police helicopters, seven police ambulances, more than 700 diving cylinders, and the pumping of more than a billion litres of water out of the caves.
The rescue operation occurred July 8-10. JSAD gave us the best times so far:
Jupiter Sets at Dawn wrote: Sun Apr 21, 2019 2:49 pm The rescue mission started on 8 July, with divers entering the cave at 10:00 local time (03:00 GMT). The first boy emerged at 17:40 and by 19:47, three more had followed.
More boys were rescued on the 9th, and the rest of them on the 10th. We don't have a time for the final one free.

Give the spontaneous outbursts of joy, I think the July 2 event is the best one to study, although quotidians and transits could be watched across the week following.

Year: Capsolar {+2}
(Nothing in the chart is objectionable and some is quite fitting. I give it _2 primarily because every foreground planet is in the short-list of planets angular happy events overall.)

Month: Caplunar {+2}
(This occurred 3 days before the discovery & changed the entire course of things. That's its key descriptor: Discovery!)
Pluto on MC 1°24'

Since the Capsolar had just changed, it raises the question of what the charts looked like under which they were lost:

Prior Month: Caplunar
This is the June 2 Caplunar. (The Sun-Neptune etc. is plenty for "getting lost due to flooding!")
Neptune on IC 0°47'
Sun on Dsc 1°20'
Mercury more widely foreground
-- Sun-Neptune sq. 2°07' in mundo
-- Mercury-Neptune sq. 2°31' in mundo
-- -- Ne = Su/Me 0°12'
Moon-Pluto conj. 3°15'

Week: Prior Canlunar
With the Liblunar dormant, this is the June 16 Canlunar. It easily shows fear, loss, and despair - and trouble from water!
Sun on EP 1°55'
Mercury, Saturn, Neptune more widely foreground
-- Mercury-Saturn 0°13'
-- Sun-Neptune sq. 2°32'in mundo

For the subsequent rescue, on July 8 CapQ MC opposed CapQ Moon. Moon had entered Aries, but the Arilunar was dormant.
