Mayor Pete Buttigieg ("butt-edge-edge") of South Bend, a rapidly up-and-coming candidate for the Democratic nomination, was born January 19, 1982 in South Bend, IN.

This morning, I was told that a South Bend astrologer approached him at a book signing, asked his birth time, and he immediately answered 7:11 AM. As a direct report from him, this is A-rated data.

Jupiter on MC and Venus on EP do not surprise me. He's a Capricorn-Scorpio. (With his Scorpio Moon, he meets the astrological test I'm applying of viable candidates to succeed Trump. As a gay man with a Scorpio Moon, he meets the astrological and morality tests for succeeding Pence, in the event Pence finishes out Trump's term.)

Jim, the mayor seems to contradict himself in his autobiography, Shortest Way Home in which he wrote, “when they (his parents) tell the story of the night I was born, it is an utter miracle that I made it out of the hospital.” Wouldn’t that downgrade the Rodden rating from an A to a C?

If it degraded it, it would be to a D, i.e., if we don't accept his in-person report then it throws it into Dirty Data.

There are multiple reasons for this inconsistency, and I'd like to see it cleared up. But (not having read his full account) it could be that Mom went into labor at night, or that she was in labor all night, or that a ghost writer screwed something up - or, of course, that the personally reported time is wrong.
