According to his birth certificate, Tim Conway was born December 15, 1933, 1:20 AM, Willoughby, OH. According to People, he died this morning at 8:45 AM "in the Los Angeles area."

Double-Scorpio Conway had hilarious wit. Best known for his work on Carol Burnett's show, I knew his work years earlier - he was widely regarded as one of the great improvisational comics in the industry.

As a "crack-up" - his may job on the Burnett show was to try to throw the other stars off their game - his Sun is in Scorpio partile trine Uranus, while his Scorpio Moon closely trines Pluto. His strongest individual aspect is probably Mars square Jupiter - I don't know how this fits, but it would be worth digging into his life as an example of Mars-Jupiter in play.

One side detail of his Mars-Jupiter: Mercury is at their midpoint 0°18', semi-square both, and moving to Los Angeles put that Mercury on an angle.

I used to watch the Carol Burnett Show reruns all the time when I was in high school. Tim Conway was, of course, my favorite. And, yes, when he got everyone trying hide their face because he had cracked them up on stage, that was the *best*! I couldn't imagine anyone had a more fun job than he had.

I've watched the reunion shows over the years, and the thing that strikes me as capturing the essence of the (Los Angeles relocated) angular Mercury 0°18' on the midpoint between the partile Mars - Jupiter square was that the cast described their attempts to crack each other up as a competition, of which Tim Conway was the master.

I don't know. It just seemed apropos.

Rest in peace, Tim. You always cracked us up at my house. Great memories.
