Welcome to Solunars, Sharona.

Can you tell us a bit more so we can understand your question better?

For example, are you married now and experiencing some difficulties in the marriage? Or are you asking about future marriage prospects?

You say you are having "unfavorable circumstances" professionally. Is this difficulty in your current job (I would assume)? Are you asking about the resolution of current problems or thinking of a change of career direction and looking for some other field? (What is your current field?)

Also, are you living at or near your birthplace? If not, where are you living currently?

In broad terms, you have a strong, diverse chart. I'm most taken by the fact that masculine and feminine sides are both very strongly represented: You have Sun exactly conjunct Mars and near Pluto marking a very masculine temperament, and also Moon rising closely square Venus indicating a very feminine temperament. Both are quite powerful. (And the Sun-Mars conjunction is in feminine Libra.) You also have a closely angular Uranus-Neptune conjunction suggesting (for example) that while you have a path through life, you don't have a map - you can't easily rely on the maps others from earlier generations have provided. So you have to chart your own maps (with which we are happy to help).

Other individual factors indicate good chances of success in life (again through unusual paths and not necessarily following old rules) and also some heartache or need to put duty ahead of pleasure.

I'll give a more thorough summary of the different parts of your chart in a later post, but just wanted to toss out some of the larger picture

From this, I can tell that marriage is very important to you, and your own independence within marriage and life is even more important to you - paramount. This will create conflicts and difficulty finding the right partner - finding the right partner is the key. Your practical success and fulfillment in life surely will come from acting outside of old definitions and charting your own way, rather than relying on "conventional wisdom" about how one should succeed.

Saturn has crossed your Uranus, Neptune, and angles over the last year, which would be particularly difficult - feeling constrained, stopped, dreams dulled, and certainly a "low on life" state of mind. That has passed, though - Saturn recently moved on - so that particular phase should be behind you. We'd have to dig further to get more, and your answers to the questions above will help focus that. (Today, and a couple days either side of today, is probably marked by conflict and, hopefully, breaking through old restrictions: Mars is opposite your Saturn right now).

I'll add some notes on your natal chart in the next post.

These notes on your Sidereal Natal Horoscope are provided for your reference and study. They are not a full interpretation of your birth chart; rather, they are building blocks from which a full interpretation can be built.

Each factor listed below contributes to your character. These paragraphs commonly repeat or contradict each other. (We all have contradictions.) Though it does not take an astrologer to fuse these factors into a balanced picture of you and your life, it does require knowledge of human behavior and the ways that people support and sabotage themselves. Knowing yourself is a life-long undertaking. I encourage you to read through these notes, feeling your way through the interweaving ideas and reflecting on what you know of yourself.

The paragraphs are brief. I have sought to pack in everything essential, to use a few words to imply much more. Not every phrase will apply, of course. Some will be more important than others; but the gist of each section should clearly reflect truth about you. When you have spent time with this and have new questions, feel free to discuss them here.

Character is destiny. Who you are determines the life that is yours to unfold. “Know thyself” is the key.

ANGULAR PLANETS
Angular Neptune (EP 0°47')
Sensitive, vulnerable, feels strongly (tunes into others deeply, not always accurately; feels exposed, over-response). Naturally absorbs & mirrors others’ traits. Sympathy, compassion, empathy (or emotional drama, insecurity, easily hooked, betrayed). Lives in own reality, tenacious with their viewpoint, impervious to logic, passionate about what uniquely frames their view (forges perception of the actual from their concept of the ideal). Favors complexity over simplicity. Dwells within the unknown, choosing mystery over revelation.
Uranus conjunct Neptune (3°36')
Wanderlust, curious explorer, drawn to peer or push past horizons. Colliding realities & social revision impact life. Rules haven’t been discovered for one’s life (maps not yet drawn, “nobody knows what my life is like”). Mythic, ritualistic sense of one’s position in the universal scheme (need to discern one’s role). Knows that life & reality are more mystical & inscrutable (or just plain weird!) than anyone ever said. High-strung, sensitive, easily agitated.
Angular Moon (Asc 3°50')
Adaptive in response to social, psychological, & environmental conditions (mask, roll, act). Impressionable, responsive, malleable, imaginative. Needs constant stimulation (of mind or senses). Strong sexual appetites; responsive to affection, friendship, sexual suggestion. Amiable, accommodating; sensitive, receptive, tender, empathic (touchy, moody, reactive). Vulnerable to judgments, displeasure, criticism.
Moon square Venus (1°16')
Attractive, charming; much sexual charisma. Gracious (ingratiating), affectionate, sensual. Fond of social niceties. High frustration tolerance. (Passive-dependent, moody, can be blindsided by strong feelings, often preoccupied with whether they are liked.)
MOON
Moon in Sagittarius
Higher & higher (ambition, spiritual aspiration, flight). Optimism (adapting with positivism). Courteous, gracious, natural hosts. Seeks to impress (needs validation, approval). Devoted to ideals & values (political; nationalistic, tribal; loves history). Dramatic (actors). Mercenary. Strong family ties.

SUN
Sun in Libra
Relationship-centered. Polite, warm, affectionate; possessive, jealous. Enjoys beauty, comfort; often artistic. Appearance-conscious (vain). Tease (self & others): entice, deny, gratify. Peace (appeasement). Justice (righting wrongs). Shrewd, intense, secretive. The feminine thrives better than the masculine. Optimistic futurist (personally, socially).
Sun conjunct Mars (0°34')
Action, drive, accomplishment, vitality, courage. Restless, forthright, direct (perhaps hasty, impatient, temperamental, low frustration tolerance). Strong physical aggression (for business, sex, etc.) – women especially are sexually voracious. Industrious, instinctively leads or commands, thus often promoted.

Sun conjunct Pluto (2°53')
A “law unto themselves,” “the exception to the rule.” Little respect for arbitrary expectations. Antiauthoritarian, needs to be free from arbitrary or incompetent control. Comfortable as “outsider” or “congenial bad girl.” Often seems aloof, unresponsive, but rarely harsh; usually kind, “live and let live.”
MARS
Mars in Libra
Warm, sociable, likable. Independent, self-sufficient, survivors (slow to ask for help). Persistent, serious, intent. Interesting, odd (disreputable?), on the outskirts of society. Ego distinction prevails over ego-submersion (but wants marriage). Passion for social justice. Feminine thrives better than masculine (feminist). Women aggressively protect families, friends (power, impact). Possible substance abuse problems.
Mars conjunct Pluto (3°27')
Normally congenial, mannered, even docile; yet enormous hidden explosive force (disciplined & available; untapped; or toxic & brutal). This must be expressed somehow (suppressing it attracts violence or assaults health). Resists control or coercion, defies arbitrary restrictions. Sexual energies explosive or rerouted into work (beware of burn-out). In a balanced life: distinctive creativity, alive with a quiet, intense energy.

Venus octile Mars (0°45')
Passion (in all senses), feels powerfully about things. Strong sexual passions mature early, continue late, rarely encumbered by too many conditions. Broadly fun-loving, socially active, loves romance: interesting, likable, sociable, horny people. Relationships, often picked for ferocity, and easily hit conflict, strain, or burnout.

Mars sextile Neptune (2°11')
Thrives amidst stirred passion & drama. Supercharged imagination. Surges into temptation; impatient with frustrated gratification; requires rapid conformity of reality to wants (usually gets it). Zealous enthusiasms. Dramatic aggressions. Anger is triggered by frustration. Sexually magnetic (yet sexual demons & doubts). Great stamina for long-term vision.
MERCURY
Mercury in Scorpio
Outspoken, opinionated, candid. Enjoys mental/verbal competition (arguments or humor). Needs intellectual freedom, resists mainstream ideas & institutional thinking. Mind sharp, strong, strategic (fault-finding). Strains nervous system (nervous irritation). Good singing voice.
Mercury square Jupiter (2°57')
Love of ideas and learning. Easy “way with words,” comfortable speaking, reassuring in speech and manner. Well-formed speech has marks of a good education (whether true or not). Good-tempered, kind; may seem shallower than they are. Optimistic, religious style of thinking, e.g., “gambler’s roll” (don’t disturb their “hope & vision” with contradictory facts!). Good business potential (perhaps from raw luck more than skill) and always looking for the next opportunity or lucky break. Poorly suited to a fixed schedule or routine.
VENUS
Venus in Virgo
Intellect & reason as basis of romantic choices (wants to make “good choices”). Companionship is as important as Eros. Undemonstrative with affection or attraction. Kind lovers (more devoted than dutiful). Takes life seriously (play isn’t a priority). Matter-of-fact, serving, inclined to help. Usually monogamous, inclined to conventional relationships.
Venus trine Saturn (0°18')
Work, duty, devotion are gratifying. Restrictions in love; ordinary pleasures may be deferred. Many seem comfortable unpartnered, though there is rarely sexual restraint. Childhood hardship or deprivation shape adult patterns. Sober, responsible.
JUPITER
Jupiter trine Uranus (0°07')
Interested in and mind suited to science, philosophical inquiry, and self-inquiry (knack for astrology). Success through unlikely paths (distinguish themselves). Committed to progress, sense of exceptionalism. Ingenuity, insight (sees outside the usual paths, thinks on a broader scale). Respectful yet unbeholden to rank or class; gently resists authority, speaks truth, egalitarian.

Jupiter trine Neptune (3°43')
Idealist (social idealist), dreams of “something better” (impressionable; wants worthy idols). Optimism, faith (hungers for “too good to be true”). Generous (unwisely?). Compassionate, humanitarian, collective-minded. Strategically effective within a “big picture.” Religious, spiritual, mystical interests. Impractical (unrealistic, fantasy) relationship to money.

On a side note just when I watched Sharona's chart I noticed Moon and Neptune angular may give her extreme sensitivity. It is important for her I think, to live and express herself as authentic as possible.

Another thing I noticed is that Sharona has zero planets Retrograde. Although it may not be of huge importance, zero planets Retograde is somehow unusual from what is written here:

viewtopic.php?t=484

0 Planets Retrograde (8%)
"...those who are required to expend enormous [physical] effort in the pursuit of their goals... They are required to perspire, to endure beyond reason, and to submit themselves to long and rigorous period of training.
NOTE by JAE: I fall in this category. If effort is considered physical, as McCormick insisted, then it is strikingly untrue of me. If the physicality is removed, then most people would consider the above fitting me exactly. Also, I have not undertaken long periods of training in the usual way this is meant, and have entered several fields successfully without the kind of formal training usually required (e.g., practiced law for a decade). - I see something unencumbered about people I know with no planets retrograde: In particular, there is a strong tendency to get away with almost anything in circumstances where most people expect to be called to task for it. (Consider both Bill Clinton and George W. Bush - both of whom, in different ways, have nearly made a career from being unscathed to the utter bafflement of their detractors.) - (Note Bill Gates here vs. Steve Jobs @ 5.)

Sharona, these 'unfavorable circumstances professionally and personally' can clearly be seen in your Natal Chart with the exact conjunction of your Solar Arc Ascendant to your Natal Saturn on Nov 5th 2018, with transiting Saturn at this time partile (1 degree or less) conjunct your Natal Ascendant. Also, your Natal Saturn partiles trines (120) your Natal Venus adding unfavorable symbolism to this time frame for 'unfavorable circumstances.' This most important Solar Arc of Saturn and transit of Saturn reads as:

Solar Arc Ascendant 6,20 Capricorn = Natal Saturn 6,20 Capricorn Nov. 5th 2018
Transiting Saturn 10,22 Sagittarius Nov 5th 2018; Natal Ascendant 09,22 Sagittarius.

This was a once in a lifetime Natal Solar Arc Ascendant conjunction to your Natal Saturn. Solar Arcs aspects of 0,90,180 involving our Primary Natal Angles (MC, ASCENDANT) are very important life time developments. And Saturn symbolizes depressive—separating influences. Solar Arc hits involving our primary angles last app 1 year.

Astrologers who understand the importance of Solar Arcs and transits of outer planet transits (Saturn) to our primary natal angles certainly sees par-excellent planetary symbolism (Saturn) for your recent difficulties. Thank you for sharing this time frame of pain/difficulties in your life—it helps us astrologers to see/understand better with the techniques of Solar Arcs involving our Natal Angles. Expect things to improve in your life. Try your best to release this temporary time of difficulties in your life.
