My upcoming SLR for August (but beginning on July 28th) has some very interesting and exciting things about it! To begin there's a paran between Mercury and Uranus, with Mercury conjunct the IC at 0°01' and Uranus conjunct the ASC at 0°29' and squaring one another at 0°28' mundanely, the Moon opposes Jupiter at 0°55' mundanely, Uranus squares an angular Pluto at 3°30' mundanely, Mercury opposes Pluto at 3°58' mundanely (and a little closer ecliptically), and Venus octiles Jupiter at 0°27' ecliptically! With both Uranus and Pluto aspecting transiting Mercury I'm expecting something shocking but pleasant overall

I’ve been interested in getting into screenwriting lately but had given up last month when I realized that, if I wasn’t able to cultivate interest in a script, I probably couldn’t manage to bring one to fruition myself either since I didn’t have any resources (cameras, actors, makeup, travel budget, post-production, etc). But this month I was presented with an opportunity to write with two unusually well connected individuals who have everything I could have hoped for to bring an idea to life. Since nothing ever really works out I’m not expecting this to amount to anything (is this what Venus-Jupiter and “harsh starts” means?), but I just thought it was interesting, and likely a manifestation of the Moon-Jupiter opposition present in this month’s SLR.

When you catch a unique Mercury-Uranus Paran 'outstanding incident' SLR, you just go with the flow and see where it takes you. No matter if you don't get what you want in the end, as a student of astrology you get to experience a manifestation you know is unique to you as an individual being. Usually you can look back on an -'outstanding incident' SLR through time and see truer meaning for your life at the time of the SLR.

Hi Steve, thank you for your wisdom. You have been a student of this great science for far longer than I have and so I always trust what you tell me and I’m confident in what you’re saying now. I will trust the flow of this month’s symbolism and see where it takes me and report back to you
