Welcome to the forum, Bio_G!

Just some quick notes first of all, so that you can look further into the interpretational materials on the forum itself and dive deeper into your own chart.

You've got a wealth of foreground planets and close aspects, and as such, I think you would benefit the most from focusing primarily on what is the closest and undeniably true. I have a little bit of time now, and can cover these in broad strokes.

The most prominent chart factors for you are Scorpio Sun and Cancer Moon, along with those foreground planets and the Class I aspects (especially the ones within 1º).
I see intensity, leadership, need for self-determination (freedom/control), standing as the exception to the rules and expectations of others, powerful mind and imagination abilities (and corresponding curiosity, which needs to be satisfied), and also pronounced sensitivity, a strong need to be liked/have friendship, and to feel validated.

With a little more detail:

With Scorpio Sun, Sun and Saturn closely foreground (and trine ecliptically), and Sun also sesquisquaring Jupiter, I see someone who is intense, driven, not afraid of asserting themself or of taking and holding onto control, and generally claiming the spotlight. You're used to tough circumstances and life being harsh, and don't back down from a fight. You have a strong need to be in charge of your life, in complete control over how it flows, and are likely very cautious, despite being a more than a little impatient. You're strategic while still being inclined towards action, and are generally closed-lipped about yourself, though keenly observant of others. You get things done!

Given your mundane aspects for your place of birth, it looks to me like you grew up with quite a lot of hardship, fighting, and intense emotions, and probably a difficult relationship with both of your parents. It looks to me like you felt deep in your gut that you were something completely different than what your parents wanted you to be, and their restriction of you was likely the cause of immense friction.
I also can't ignore that close Mercury-Pluto mundane conjunction present for your birthplace that is ecliptically absent in your natal chart. Were you extremely stressed out (mentally) where you grew up, or maybe driven to research and other mental activities to the point of mental exhaustion? (Or maybe you were just insatiably curious, even more then than now?)

Still, Mercury and Pluto are both foreground, conjunct Descendant, which will be true regardless of your current location. You think along completely different lines than others you know, and generally consider (and feel) yourself to be quite different from other people, and are not being okay with others telling you how to be. You stand alone, the exception to the rules and expectations of others, including society at large.
And, yet there's a strong desire to communicate with others. Your curiosity is something that drives you in life, and you tend to keep busy. You're likely quite intelligent and able to express yourself well.

With Moon in Cancer and closely trine Neptune (which is also foreground), you're a deeply sensitive soul, hurt easily and prone to deep rumination, though you likely shield yourself behind a confident (perhaps cocky) demeanor. You have a fantastic imagination, able to create worlds easily and visualize them clearly. You've got strong indicators for writing and/or teaching (imagination, eloquence, curiosity).

With Sun foreground, as well as a partile (within 1º) Venus-Jupiter opposition (and both luminaries aspecting Jupiter, though a bit widely), there's a lot of warmth present in your chart as well. You're a warm and caring friend, wanting the best for others, and are a natural host (and also probably have good taste in food and other indulgences!). Those I've known with close Venus-Jupiter aspects attract friends easily, and with your foreground Sun, you likely have always had an "orbit" of friends. I wonder, given your foreground Neptune and Pluto besides foreground Sun, if they view you as mysterious. If you know, I'm curious what you think of that idea.

I like Mike's summary. G, welcome to Solunars. Here are some "boilerplate" notes on the chart that might help you get a foundation.

These notes on your Sidereal Natal Horoscope are provided for your reference and study. They are not a full interpretation of your birth chart; rather, they are building blocks from which a full interpretation can be built.

Each factor listed below contributes to your character. These paragraphs commonly repeat or contradict each other. (We all have contradictions.) Knowing yourself is a life-long undertaking. I encourage you to read through these notes, feeling your way through the interweaving ideas and reflecting on what you know of yourself.

The paragraphs are brief. I have sought to pack in everything essential, to use a few words to imply much more. Not every phrase will apply, of course. Some will be more important than others; but the gist of each section should clearly reflect truth about you.

Character is destiny. Who you are determines the life that is yours to unfold. “Know thyself” is the key.

ANGULAR PLANETS
Angular Saturn (IC 0°48')

Needs to be self-reliant, self-sufficient, autonomous, independent (maturing is a process of securing these). Works hard, industrious. Survival instinct is strong & drives much of the behavior. Hardship likely (especially in youth); struggle for security; life’s demands seem severe (some are beaten down; some gain great strength & endurance). Cautious, emotionally reserved, self-protective, conscientious, methodical, austere (may shut others out emotionally). Beware self-restriction arising from fear.

Angular Sun (Dsc 1°53')
Warm, friendly, generous, shining their light on the world (often in a paternal, possibly controlling, sense). Vital, assertive, confident (or acts it). Aware they have purpose (goal, destiny) they must seek, find, and actualize. At best: Is in charge of self & does well leading others (can be bossy, demanding, entitled). Needs centricity (attracts satellites; may expect others’ world to revolve around them). Drawn to proud, useful institutions. Instinct for immortality.
Sun square Saturn (1°14' in mundo)
Effective survivors, self-sufficient, hardworking, accomplishing. Used to work, few luxuries; preferring private, modest accommodations. Not always good control on strong impulses, but generally very good control of small & medium-sized ones. Authority (likely paternal) issues to overcome. Serious; enjoy deep subjects; yet few have so good a sense of humor! Childhood hardships common, circumstances force early maturation.
Angular Uranus (sq. MC 1°26')
Strongly individualistic, independent, going their own way. Needs freedom & breathing room (physical, intellectual) and frequent renewal (through new interests & experiences, shedding inhibitions, shaking loose stale conditions). Responds strongly to the new, unexpected, thrilling, colorful, exciting. Pragmatic realist anchored by naked truth (seeker who forges an IDEAL from experience of the ACTUAL). Clownish, fun. Prefers disclosure over mystery.
Saturn square Uranus (1°42')
Well-developed autonomy, firmly defended; self-willed (acting out). Resists persuasion: navigates life and makes decisions on own terms (cantankerous obstinacy but not necessarily confrontational about it). Hard to pigeon-hole, thinks and acts outside of stereotypes. Need to “find their own word” and give it voice. Much of their life is about “holding it together” (some succeed, some don’t).

Mercury conjunct Pluto (0°11' in mundo)
Thinking is atypical, unbeholden to convention, outlier. Probing, investigative, thinks deeply about things. Mind may skirt the edge of normalcy (may slip off). Forthright, candid (needs authentic communication); can alienate with words (challenging, confrontational). Excitable about inquiries & new ideas (enthusiasm; burnout?). Impatient (irritated by obstacles, poor frustration tolerance). Instinct for abstract mathematics (great composers, chess players, physicists).

Sun conjunct Mercury (1°19' in mundo)
Resourceful, knack for organization, likely will do well in the business world, effectively self-expressive. One’s ideas are (unconsciously?) equated with the ego, so altering an opinion may feel like compromising oneself. Intellectual pride, stubbornness. Strong need to identify oneself with rationality, to affirm one’s sanity and reasonableness.

Sun conjunct Pluto (1°30' in mundo)
A “law unto themselves,” “the exception to the rule.” Little respect for arbitrary expectations. Antiauthoritarian, needs to be free from arbitrary or incompetent control. Comfortable as “outsider” or “congenial bad boy/girl.” Often seems aloof, unresponsive, but rarely harsh; usually kind, “live and let live.”

Mercury square Saturn (2°33' in mundo)
Organizes and formats information in orderly arrangements. (Often blazingly quick thinkers once the framework is established.) Methodical, logical, often routinized thinking processes. Skeptical, scrutinizing (distrustful). Obstinate in the absence of new evidence. Hesitant until oriented, then decisive, e.g., learning starts slowly, then catch up quickly. Gifted with considerable mental power, but easily discouraged (doubting). Treats life seriously. Needs to learn how to play.
MOON
Moon in Cancer

Strongly driven by feelings (close to surface, comfortably expressed; sometimes overwhelm). When feeling safe: tender, gentle, humane, openly sensitive; otherwise moody, cocky arrogance. Expressive actor, yet treasures privacy. Magnetic, draws (requires) affection & appreciation, warm. Generous, hospitable. Sympathetic listening; trusted. Exudes optimism, confidence. Better serving than leading. Thrives within imagination & fantasy.
Moon sextile Pluto (0°04')
Avoids habitual conformity & conventional conditioning; willing to “march to a different drummer” with little concern for others’ rules. Maverick, outsider, gently resists authority. Restless, can uproot on little notice. Deeply inquiring mind.

Moon trine Neptune (0°06')
Drawn to the imaginative & surrealistic. Loves mystery, pursues with avid curiosity. Sensitive, empathic (deeply understanding, sympathetic; also, psychically vulnerable). Self-defense through closing senses, withdrawing, introversion (worry, moodiness).
SUN
Sun in Scorpio

Requires freedom of movement & thought, to be unfettered. Willing to rebel, be outlandish. Sharp humor. Bold; moral courage; hard to intimidate. Non-disclosing, slow to show weaknesses; collects others’ weaknesses. Pragmatic, not theoretical. Favors action, abhors apathy. Phallic: Sexual volcanoes.

MARS
Mars in Gemini

Bright, inquiring; forthright, decisive (strong opinions). Argumentative (debate, stirs conversation; eloquent?). Pragmatic (not idealistic). Methodical. Scientific mind hones facts, can commit mind to research (scientists). Gains strength from being heard; otherwise over-compensates. (May “know better than anyone else,” need to be right.) Substance abuse.

MERCURY
Mercury in Scorpio

Outspoken, opinionated, candid. Enjoys mental/verbal competition (arguments or humor). Needs intellectual freedom, resists mainstream ideas & institutional thinking. Mind sharp, strong, strategic (fault-finding). Strains nervous system (nervous irritation). Good singing voice.
Mercury octile Jupiter (0°48')
Loves ideas & learning. Comfortable with words. Well-formed speech infers a good education. Good-tempered, kind; may seem shallow. Optimistic fervent thinking. Good business potential (from luck more than skill?). Always looking for the next opportunity or break.

Mercury octile Venus (1°43')
Gracious charmer, persuasive, sweet talker. Light-hearted, pleasant. Pleasure in learning. Probably a happy childhood; retains a playful, childlike sense, a charm of immaturity.
VENUS
Venus in Virgo

Intellect & reason as basis of romantic choices (wants to “make good choices”). Companionship as important as Eros. Undemonstrative with affection or attraction. Kind lovers (more devoted than dutiful). Takes life seriously (play isn’t a priority). Matter of fact, serving, inclined to help. Usually monogamous, few wander; inclined to conventional relationships.
Venus opposite Jupiter (0°54')
Fundamentally social creatures. Warm, friendly, giving, hospitable, gracious (reigns over social events). Nearly always liked (great need to be liked, desires positive attention and appreciation more than most, usually gets it). At home in a fine lifestyle (or as celebrity, aristocrat, etc.). Indulgent in all oral pleasures, e.g., preparing and eating fine food. Usually has an easier time through life despite sometimes harsh starts (experience unusual luck or patronage), usually partner well. Inclination to extravagance, possible “spoiled brat” attitude (risk of mild narcissism).
OUTER PLANETS
Neptune sextile Pluto (0°10')

Open to shifting point of view, alternative perspectives, variant possibilities: Potential to forge a new worldview and enroll others. Uncertainty feeds desire for certainty, regarding things a certain way and not other.
